Horrible experience. I did my due diligence and verified in advance that the office was listed as a provider under my insurance and Dr. Kwok verified my insurance was covered. I explained to Dr. Kwok my concern about a 4 month cough and he proceeded to provide acupuncture and herbs. At the end of the visit he declined to accept my insurance card or FSA card and insisted on my credit card payment. He reassured me that I would receive a refund if reimbursed. 3 weeks later and no claim has been submitted and when I call the office I am told a bunch of excuses including that my insurance does not cover me or my concern for cough. I explained thoroughly my concern before and during the visit my chief complaint and have had this insurance for 30 years without issue. Absolute malarkey and shady office conduct read more

I went to Dr. Kwak for chronic back pain and he is doing a great job. I've gone twice and have no pain at all. If you read up on acupuncture, it is recommended that you go twice a week for a month then do maintenance visits so I decided that I'm going to try it. He is definitely better than my pain doctor. Office is clean and he is very punctual. He is very reasonably priced, but takes most insurance. Highly recommend. read more

So far, so good! The hubby has suffered with foot neuropathy the past few years and has found no relief via his doctors. He's not diabetic, but takes Metformin due to the foot pain. My mother has a very rare autoimmune disease that causes her excruciating sciatic nerve pain when she has her flare ups. I've struggled with maintaining a digestive system that is chronically regular for years.
