This growing construction company is exceptional! Pros:…read more - company is owned and run by honest, dependable, reliable general contractors that do fantastic work! - They bill weekly, with itemized invoices, so customers are always aware of exactly what they are paying for on their project. - they are very quality-conscious, ensuring customers are happy throughout the process - they have excellent ideas to help your project, whether it is a new home build or a renovation, but they don't push them on the customer. They have enough experience to bring ideas to the table that will improve the project, while not adding (usually) to the budget, and they never cut corners. Cons: They are growing quickly by the excellent reputation they've built, so you may have to wait a bit to get started. This is not really a "CON", as all construction is like that right now. The difference is...Precision Construction is worth the wait. You can also find them on FB. Our remodel was converting a carport into a primary suite. It looks amazing! Check them out on FB!

We made the mistake of PAYING before the work was completed and she LEFT before i came home to see what she did or did not do. SAVE YOUR $ and do not waste your time here. She said she had another cleaning to get to and had a checklist to make sure the work was completed. My photos will show otherwise as proof that Amy needs to look into another career choice as cleaners should be meticulous in their work and not leave bugs in PLAIN SIGHT and consider their work being done properly. Amy, surely your checklist must include clean the floors and that wasn't done in any room as i can continue to post more bug photos as they are in the living room, hallway, bathroom, and main bedroom. I will post more photos to prove my point that your checklist is obsolete and you simply can't complete it regardless.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND AMY OR THIS COMPANY.
