We contacted Clean Slate based on the positive Yelp reviews and their proximity. Jon responded to our email and provided an estimate range within a day, and then came over with an assistant 2 -3 business days later and removed everything we had tagged as well as a whole lot of miscellaneous items we identified in the 2 - 3 hours they were here. Notwithstanding the stuff we had added along the way, his price came in middle of the range he had provided since he explained that disassembling the piano went smoothly. Jon is a true professional -- friendly, efficient, careful, and customer-focused. We don't usually remember to do Yelp reviews but Jon and his colleague were above and beyond expectations. However it was freezing cold and windy today and my dumpster was over filled. I happened to see the fella dump it, wind got a hold of a couple of bags and made a mess on our driveway. The fella got out and cleaned it up in 35+mph wind in mid January!! Well above and beyond his Job in my opinion.. As we had over filled the dumpster that's why it fell our! I called the office and made sure they knew this guy had gone above and beyond. They were happy to hear it! However I felt I should also give them a yelp review! I am a stay at home dad with two very young children and I was going to get the kids all dressed and bring them out and the cold to clean it up! However this guy really went above and beyond! If you are looking for trash disposal and these guys are an option I highly recommend them!

The supervisor told me that they will have someone over to pick the trash and barrels today. I called in to know when they are coming, only to be told that they won't be coming until 7.31.23 because they are short of staff. This makes it 4weeks. No one called to inform us about the change. I am so frustrated with the company. I have a 2years old who still uses diaper. There worst customer service reps are Machado, COLLEEN GONSALVES and Nancy. They will lie to you.

Just wasted an hour driving there and back because the website says they are open until 4, the sign at the entrances says they 3, and they lady there said you had to be there at 2:30.
