There are disruptive participants whose parents do not watch them. If the coaches don't pay attention and guide them, dangerous situations arise. Today, we had to cancel our membership when this happened and a coach and parent did not correct a disruptive kid after he bumped into several kids including my Son. They failed to correct him when he knocked over cones and kids tripped. When my Son stood up for himself a coach spoke to him in an unfair way. I learned that the month to month membership may have a 30 day notice period. I suppose we will be there for another month to interact with the coaches we like. They are supposed to work on set days but changes to this happen often. We will need to call or text to see if the safe ones will be there.

Her parents dedicated this playground to her so she can be remembered for the positivee/radiant way she lived as opposed to a gravesite with flowers. The playground is a blast for kids of All ages. It has multiple slides, swings, musical instruments and ways for kids to explore their senses.. it has become my favorite park in Coral Springs. It has plenty of shade, seating and best of all, it is completely enclosed with only two exit/entrances. I highly recommend this playground for those with kiddies. One thing to know before visiting: everyone who goes onto the trampoline mats is required to wear Altitude's own grip socks. I actually brought my own non-slip socks with silicone grips, just in case I needed to step onto the mat to help my kids, but the staff politely explained that their specific socks are required for everyone entering the trampoline area. This was my first visit to Altitude Coral Springs, and I came with a summer camp group. You can sign the required jump waivers online before your visit or at one of the kiosks inside the park. Grip socks are required for all jumpers. Altitude offers a wide variety of attractions beyond its wall-to-wall trampolines, including a three-story soft play area for younger children, an arcade, café, and private party rooms. What I liked the most was the variety of activities. In addition to the trampolines, there are dodgeball courts, basketball dunk lanes, a trapeze, slides, a climbing ladder, monkey bars, a head-to-head challenge court, and multiple jumping platforms. With so many different areas and hidden corners, it can be difficult to keep track of children. I did notice staff monitoring the park and cameras throughout the facility, which made me feel that safety is a priority. Several other camps were visiting at the same time, making the park extremely loud. Overstimulating was a word I heard uttered by more than one counselor. Unfortunately, there was also a mix-up with our scheduled arrival time that left our group waiting before we could enter. The situation wasn't handled well by the manager, which was disappointing. Summer camps are an important part of business during this season, and a simple communication issue ended up leaving a negative impression. Once the kids were finally allowed to play, they did have a good time. I also noticed that Altitude offers a variety of special promotions and membership programs for those who plan to visit regularly. While the facility offers fun activities, there are several other similar businesses of this type in the area, so with the attitude from the manager of Altitude I'm not sure whether we'll be returning.

It's very dirty, and I don't just mean germs, but there is so much trash everywhere (floor, inside the jungle, under and behind all of the arcade games). Last time I went, I spent an hour walking around the whole place picking up trash. The water fountains have mold. The bathrooms never have toilet paper. Half of the arcade games don't work and the ones that do steal your money oftentimes. The inflatables are ripped in so many places with leaking air and are taped up wi the bandages. Water bottles are not even allowed so we have to go up to the counter every time we are thirsty and ask for our water bottles. The TVs are not on for the grown ups and the WiFi is lousy. The staff act like they don't care about their job and the extent of their cleaning is walking around with a broom once every now and then. I would love to see this place completely renovated, updated, deep cleaned and restored with NEW inflatables and arcade games like Mario Kart. I would not recommend coming here. Will I return? Unfortunately, because my kids like it.

These swimming critters ranged from $15.00 to north of $450.00. I knew that she would like multi-colored fish and this store had many options. The Tomini Tang and the PJ Cardinal were cool looking fish. They also provide fish tanks and accessories including fish food and cleaning products. She happened to be in town on business & wanted to have Kermit give support through this time for the Parkland shootings. This is a wonderful spacious area that showed tribute to the recent deaths from the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. There were several therapy dogs on hand lending support in the memorial & just to be present for the families & victims. I was glad that I was there to assist Melissa & Kermit. This park is amazing, clean, & wonderfully taken care of. The volunteers as well as the staff was present & had water on hand to help & give assistance. They are there for the community & for the people. I just want someone to be aware that this exists for others if they wish to pay respects for the current events & thank the community for such love & support to the families & victims. My heart goes out to the community & thank you again for having a place of solace & support during such a tragic event.

They even have an extensive program for Seniors. There are a couple of classes offered for people with Parkinson's Disease which are sponsored and paid for by the organization. Pickle ball is played there a few times a week. There is a gym with lots of exercise equipment too.
