It is a little on the pricier side especially once the kids started to pick out charms and add ons. It looks like a great place for small party and fun activity to do with friends.

Tri, the owner, was absolutely delightful, incredibly courteous, and more than happy to answer all of my questions. He went above and beyond by even making a banner for our guests so they knew exactly where to go--I've attached a picture! The rates are very affordable and definitely worth every penny. We had a 7-team bracket, and Tri's team was even kind enough to let us borrow their large whiteboard after seeing that we were trying to manage everything with a tiny 16x20-inch one. That small gesture made a huge difference and really showed how accommodating they are. My only suggestion would be to have more courts! We had such a great time that we definitely could have used more space. It can get pretty warm inside while playing, but thankfully, there are several AC units throughout the venue that help keep things comfortable. One thing to note: there isn't a restaurant or food bar on-site. There are several vending machines available, and there's also a nearby food lot if you need to grab something to eat. If you're planning to host an event here, I'd also recommend bringing food covers, as flies can occasionally make their way inside--and they may be just as interested in your food as your guests! Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would absolutely host another pickleball event here if I'm ever back in the area. Thank you again, Tri, for making our going-away celebration so much easier and more memorable!

Court reservations are only $28-36 per hour per court, and the membership can't be beat at just $10/month or $100/year with no initiation fee. Literally unheard of. I had so much fun playing that I wanted to have a holiday pickleball party here, and they helped make it happen even on short notice! They set up tables and coolers for us and added a cute custom sign, which made everything feel extra special. The turn out was great, overall vibes were immaculate, it was truly such a special occasion! Highly recommend everyone checking out The Dome, it's affordable, indoors & Tri (the owner) is a super friendly & cool guy. Thanks Tri for accommodating us! I find that retro game shops across the US are generally really terribly ran with insane pricing, dirty interiors, bad selection, and rude staff. I'm happy to say that Gameshop Downstairs is the SOLE EXCEPTION. Their staff are very polite and genuinely want to help you find what you're looking for, even when swamped with customers on a busy day. Their selection is unlike anything I have seen in any game shop in the entire NorCal region, especially for late 2000s-2010s era games such as Wii, DS, and 3DS. I also appreciate that they have a wide selection of DVDs and BluRays - old anime, movies, and cartoons alike. They even regularly stock CRTs, and while a bit expensive, they do in fact sell at fair market price. On that note, their pricing is extremely fair, and even the more contentious pricing I saw was actually on the dot with fair market pricing when checking online. Even if some things are slightly marked up, I think they easily make up for it with the sheer amount of stuff they carry. I can't emphasize enough how good their collection is, I spent a whole hour here. The museum is really cool too. The mix of 80s-90s and 2000s-2010s gear made it a perfect trip for my Dad & I, since that represents the generations of technology we grew up with respectively.

I'm in love with this venue for a multitude of reasons. First, let's give respect where respect is…read moredue: this is not just a venue, this is an intentional community of artists. And not just musicians, but there are local artists items for sale in the front shop; there is a podcast growing out of this location; and there is lots of mentoring, growth, inspiration, and the what every artist looks for, great after hour hangs with like minded folx. I'm a fan of the space because the acoustics are always just right, and the lighting is vibrantly cozy. There is no bad seat in the house, and I can always find a place to slink into the back drop of events, even though it's hard to show up here and not engage in some friendly conversation with the regulars. It's the way my artist friends rave about this place that also makes me recommend it to anyone looking for a new venue to hear local music, or tell visiting artists about it. I feel confident that you are going to watch a quality show, have a good time, drink some REALLY good beer, and if you like tater tots, order The King Tut tots (they always hit for me). But in all seriousness, this is a venue that is more than just an establishment. So I'm curious if it also serves as a meeting place for community groups. I'd love to see this place used to really bring all walks of life together, not just those who are musically inclined, artistic, or a consumer of the two. Because there is something magical about the history behind SLG Art Boutiki & Gallery's inception, and the walls are full of tales that need to be told to keep its story alive in San Jose. Please check out a show here in 2025, visit the gallery, listen to the podcast, and tell me if I'm wrong for having a fond attachment to this place. I bet you'll find a new hidden gem to gush about, too.

Additionally the transparency and reassurance on the venue itself when guided by Danny made us confident with going with this location. We were throwing our engagement party and knew we needed a large space but just didn't know where to do it. Then this place presented itself and solved all our problems. Throughout the entire process, if you have questions, if you have issues Danny will be on speed dial, shoot him a text or call him, he'll make sure your vision comes true. Which couldn't be more true, we played it by ear for the canopy since July was going to be a hot month and a couple days before our party we hit him up and let him know we wanted to add it to our party. When we arrived Danny was there setting up all the tables and linen along with all the seats for both the inside and outside areas. He did his thing and we did ours and it was a seamless harmonious process that got the party up and going in no time. The only downside, would be a kitchen, but tbh if you're having food brought in, there's no need to wash dishes or utensils. Additionally trash is taken out and you don't have to worry about it at the end of the party which was another selling point to us. For the amount of time, space, and vibes, including parking since most places are hard to accomodate for that. Klubhouse is well worth the price for whatever occasion you're throwing.
