But curiosity (and carbs) won. And let me just say... totally worth it. We ordered a little bit of everything (because obviously that's the only responsible thing to do), and every single bite delivered. Everything tasted super fresh, and the bagels? That perfect chewy-on-the-inside, slight-crisp-on-the-outside situation that makes you pause mid-bite like, "ok yes... this is why people wait in line." I'm not saying someone has to be from New York to own or run a bagel place at all... but there's a certain savviness and familiarity that makes the experience feel more authentic. I also noticed they use Boar's Head for their deli meats. While that's a recognizable brand, it just doesn't quite deliver when you're talking about classics like pastrami or a true Reuben. If you're used to traditional deli quality, you may feel the difference. All in all, I appreciate supporting local and the convenience of the spot -- it did the job for a quick breakfast while traveling. With a little more deli depth and bagel-shop flow, it could really elevate the experience for visitors like me who come in with those Northeast expectations.

It's $2 for an egg and cheese bagel and an additional $1.49 to add meat.
