They called me back within 10 minutes of my message. The owner Freddy set up an appointment for the next day at 12 o'clock. The owner and his employee responded to my address. They were even 20 minutes ahead of time. They repaired the mess that the previous worker performed and even change two screens from my patio. The service was just outstanding couldn't ask for any better. The work was done right and clean. They picked up after all their extra supplies and the old materials that they remove. The pricing was unbelievable for the amount of work that they did extremely professional, courteous, and very compassionate. I am a senior citizen and so is my wife and we were treated with the outmost respect that we could expect. I strongly recommend 305 doors. They're just a top notch business. I initially considered doing an awning roof because aluminum roofs were out of my budget and Levian, the owner, actually gave me a better quite than the cheapest awning quote I had received... for an awning roof which is far superior! I was very happy about that to say the least. My roof was installed within a week and they completed the job in a single morning. I was so pleased with their work that I recommended them to my brother who had them build his roof which was much larger than mine, and also came out impeccable. I 100% recommend this family owned business! Muchas gracias por el buen servicio!

Awful experience! Watch out…read more 1) They somehow failed to install a Key roof feature (the ceiling fan beams) of the signed contract. They came back after I brought it to their attention and put in some fake kit that did absolutely nothing. 2) It's been less than a year since the aluminum roof was installed and I've dealt with numerous leaks at different areas of the roof which they tried a couple times and couldn't figure out or resolve. The attempted repairs did absolutely nothing. Lol what a joke. It Took one visit/repair from an outside vendor that I had to pay for despite being under warranty with this company to resolve all the leaks. 3) The structure materials they used are already failing and somehow staining my pool deck pavers due to what looks like the color coming off. See photos 4) The ceiling fans I ended up installing by bringing someone out got damaged because these leaks. By this point I was done with Supreme Aluminum so All I asked for was reimbursement for the two damaged ceiling fans. Not even money for the replacement fans. Reimburse me for the two fans that were damaged. Well this unprofessional organization didn't even respond. Again, very disappointing and unpleasant experience. That may not even deserve the one star I gave them. Watch out out there!
