Having a view of the neighborhood pool across the park would be nice though. I love the way they've configured their banquettes allowing you to easily seat two to ten people wherever you'd like. The high ceilings are adorned with fishnets and sails, warmed by the neon glowing accents. The employees all have us a warm greeting and were attentive during our entire visit. You can opt to order with a server or just use the QR code on the tables. We enjoyed the Mai Tai, which though a little on the sweet side, had the correct Orgeat syrup in it for that island vibe. I can't wait to try more of the island cocktails! We ordered the Wahine Salad and the wings with the secret sauce. I'm not sure whether it was the sauce or the fryer, but something about the wings had a strong "fried fish" flavor, which I didn't mind but my significant other detested. The cauliflower wings were absolutely amazing! My only complaint for those was the portion size. $13 for four small florets/ounces of cauliflower, when I could've easily eaten a pound of it. We also opted to try the papaya fries and those were just as impressive. I've spent the last few days craving more of them! I definitely plan to visit again for drinks and order some food for poolside very soon!

The bar itself is pretty cool, atmosphere is fun, and being able to get little funny goodies with the purchase of a Jell-O shot is a very fun idea! I just think there are a few things that could be fixed! There's free popcorn which is a GREAT touch, however it was sooo stale it tasted like it had been there for hours! Obviously though, it's free and I don't judge them too much on that. I went on a Saturday night and they weren't that busy, but they only had two bartenders so maybe they just never got around to it! Now to the bartenders. They weren't bad, but not that great. Didn't know how to make the mixed drinks, so had to take back the menu they'd just given us to relearn how to make it. Also, weren't aware of what beers they had on tap, and there were only like 4-5 beers. So when I asked for one of them, they were confused on what I was asking for and chalked it up to "haven't seen that one in a while" but my friend literally just ordered it moments before me from the other bartender. Lastly, they have a pool table and that cool ring game where there's a ring on a string and you try to hook it on to a hook on the wall! Both were super fun, however far too close! It seemed that the people playing each game kept getting in each other's way. However, it's a small bar, and they are obviously just trying to give customers as many options for fun as possible! If you're in Mt. Adams, check this place out! Better for smaller groups than larger groups though!

We came here with a relatively large group on Friday night, after we had a terrible experience at the Blind Lemon down the street. They were happy to accommodate our group size and were quick and accurate with their drink service. Overall this was a great place to end our night and continue to celebrate our friends' engagement!!

Hosted by the Friends of Hamilton County / Cincinnati Public Library we were able to browse and buy books, hand made cards, puzzles, games and bookmarks for all genres. We paid for open bar and selected 6 appetizers to offer guests. All of them were delicious and the shrimp cocktail was second to none. I am going to try and pry out of the chef where he sources his shrimp. The crab cakes were delicious, as was the spinach artichoke dip. We also had veggies tray, and charcuterie. Oh, and pretzel bites with beer cheese. Let Megan guide you with how much food to order for your party. She knows what she is doing. She was very accommodating and wonderful to work with. They have a great sound system to play your music, microphones at the ready and projectors for presentations. The bathrooms are stylish and IMMACULATE. The ambiance is great as is, but you can add decorations if you want as long as they are removed after your event. The Bar staff made it look easy serving all of my thirsty guests and they were very friendly! I highly recommend! Oh, and I almost forgot, the beer is very good too! I also want to mention that when there is not an event happening, you can come in for drink! I will be coming back to try some barrel aged beers!
