I was not asked any questions about my skin type. Which in return I have no idea what bed is best for me to use. They have multiple options for different levels of beds and memberships and I feel the girls need to educate each customer based off their skin type. (What bed, how many minutes, what package would suite you best) None of that info was given to me and I felt lost. Also, the hidden taxes and fees need to be told to the customer up front when they are purchasing their membership. After fees, my card gets charged almost $10 more per month than what I was quoted. I get that it's such a busy place and they are trying to get people In And out of the beds quickly but seriously, educate your staff so they can educate your customers! The girl helping me couldn't even tell me what each package consisted of without having another girl come over and help her.

Since my last visit they had changed things around. Instead of a calm darkened room, we were placed in a very well lit room. The door was left open so we could see people looking in as they walked by. The chairs were ok but not extremely comfortable (no recline or massage options). They used a pedicure bowl instead of having a foot tub like other places I had been. The ambiance was definitely lacking and not the relaxing experience I had hoped for. The lady that did my pedicure was rough on my feet. When she as using the sugar scrub and some of the other products I could see my feet turning red. My friend seemed to enjoy her pedicure more than I did so it might have just been my luck. Overall I would say try somewhere else. There are better options in the area.

Dr Olson's friendly demeanor made my usual dental anxiety diminish. His suggestions for future care were progressive and very much appreciated. He's on top of his field and the dental industry. I understood my choices during this pandemic. I chose to keep my appointment because of the fastidious nature of this office. I had my lashes done yesterday and I made the lash person aware both on my form I filled out online…read morewhen booking, and in person when I showed up that the last time I had lashes done- 8 years previously that , I had a classic set put on, and they only lasted about a week before they started falling out. & I didn't know if that was because i had oily lashes or what? But So I wanted fuller this time. My lash appointment when great but when I left I noticed that when I blinked it was scratching my eyes. I went to run errands - mall, nails done, returns to target and at one point someone commented I had lashes on my face. I looked in a mirror and sure enough/ I had five lashes on my face. Then I got home around 9 pm and I was sitting talking to my husband and he said I had lashes coming off my lashes and so again I looked at a mirror and a bunch more had fallen out and were on my shirt, cheek, and also just sitting like on my natural lashes but all wonky. By the time I went to bed at midnight half of my lashes were missing. And my eyes hurt soo bad from the scratching every time I closed them or blinked. They were blood shot and watering. I contacted the last place first thing this morning and told them what happened and showed them pictures. I leave for hawaii today and honestly do not want a refill done- not from the same lash artist as before- my eyes hurt so bad. And their response was that they had been doing lashes for 13 years and never had this happen before and that I didn't inform her I had oily eyelids or she would have suggested a tin & lash lift instead but she would not refund. She said I could come back in after hawaii for a lash tint ( which costs $30 and my extensions cost $150). But she would refund. The issue is I not only told her at my appointment that my last lashes only lasted a week but I put that info on the form as well. And said it might be from oily lash lids ( I don't really know if I have oily lash lids or not, I am assuming I do because my first set 8 years ago fell out only after a week). And I KNOW oil breaks down glue. So that was my only conclusion. But second: they didn't fall out the day I had them and they didn't hurt like these did. These fell out in less than 7 hours. And my eyes were red and scratched from the lashes being so close to my eyeball She said she won't do a refund only a lash liftint I don't want a lash tint that only costs $30- I want a refund for the $150 I spent. And I am not one to ever ever complain- I hate confrontation- I hate when people are upset with me. I don't even complain when there is a hair in my food at a restaurant. But this caused my eyes to hurt so badly and they fell out within 7 hours and I spent soo much money on them. I would like a refund-
