To the owner of Cockers Farm,
My mother attended your farm out of pure accident, she was lost and couldn't find her way to collect a parcel. She came across the owner to ask for directions and was met by the rudest man i have ever come across. Before she even opened her mouth he said she was on a private road and could not park here, she tried to explain that she lost her way when there was a truck blocking the main road. He ignored that and continued to say that it was not his problem and she had to leave, she then asked for directions on how to get off the road to the correct place to collect her parcel he then began to shout and tell her to get off the private road to find the gate at the other end of the farm. She left in tears after being completely humiliated in front of a woman and another man. She then spent 15-20 minutes trying to get off the farm before finally seeking help from a nice lady in the horse stables. I cannot stress enough how upset/embarrassed this man made my mother feel. I find it appealing that a man who owns a business speaks to anyone like this, especially a woman who was simply asking for directions. I would never give any business to this man. read more
