Most of the time though, the train will stop here, and then make its way back to Belgrave. The station is close to a lakeside park, and there are a few facilities here as well, including a kiosk, and a playground for the kids. In a way this place is the perfect place to jump off the train and spend some time, before making the journey back to Melbourne.

While this may not be anywhere near as fancy as the station down at Belgrave, considering that it…read moredoes happen to be the other end of the Puffing Billy line, this station is certainly somewhat nicer than the other ones along the route. Then again, it does happen to have a gift shop, and a place to grab a beverage. In a way, it certainly is a rather nice station, even though the train really doesn't end up here all that often, namely only twice a day. Still, it is a fitting place for the train to come to an end.
