Pupusa revuelta, Pupusa con loroco, Plantano frito, Sopa de patas

Happy to find an authentic and delicious El Salvadorean restaurant to satisfy our cravings. We ordered their Pupusa revuelta, Pupusa con loroco, Plantano frito, and Sopa de patas. The pupusas were refreshingly savory and freshly cooked. The plantains had a perfect combination of sweet and savory that complimented well with the cream and beans. The sopa had a savory soupy stew with a hearty amount of cow's feet, tripe, and vegetables. Will definitely come back and continue supporting this restaurant!

Papusas! The revuelta is great (cheese, beans, chicharones). They can also be ordered with cheese and a selection of another ingredient. At only $2.50 a piece, come and get a variety of options to take out or dine in. These are a perfect after bar snack, or for office lunch, or really any occasion one needs a handheld item to munch on. Each comes with a side of this spicy coleslaw/radish salad that's also amazing. If you haven't been yet, Sabor CentroAmericano is on the Tulsa must-try list!

When you walk in, you're in El Salvador. And the. Est news is, the food is as authentic as the ambience.

This place is El Salvadoran. I used to live in Central America and this food was really great. I will definitely eat there again

Typical Central American dishes that don't disappoint. Homemade corn tortillas are great!

This is by no means a fancy place, but the people are pleasant and the food is very, very good.

They were eating when I walked in and they did not wash their hands before cooking my food. They serve brown skin before white skin regardless of who was first. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a beef taco. They cook everything within inches of each other. And use the same tongs and spatula for both meets. My friend is allergic to beef so I ordered her the chicken quesadilla that she can't eat due to that fact. The salsa is served in a fold over sandwich baggie tied in a knot. The beef has zero seasoning. Not even salt. The chicken is sparse on the quesadilla Whomever gave this place good reviews must have had the munchies or lack taste buds.

Tried this new place out because I was very interested in the pupusas. I never had it before and…read morewas really good! It has a good ratio of stuffing to bread. The bread was light like a pancake but savory versus sweet since they char it a bit to get a smokey flavor. I would definitely get them again. The asada tacos where the standard Mexican street tacos with meat, cilantro and onion. Great char on the meat, but a little on the small size. Like smaller than usual for a street taco that are smaller anyways. So yeah I'll be back to try out the other unique items listed on the menu. The atmosphere.. minus 1 star. Well it's a dive but I don't care too much about that as long as the food is good. But I can see that as off-putting to some. The seating area is a little on the small side. I think I counted 6 tables with 4 chairs each. Cozy but not big enough to bring the whole office staff for this place filled up to 90% capacity as we ate. Which is good since they recently opened and great word of mouth to generate traffic. They do to-go orders she said so just call in. Great food!
