Paul and Abeela Window Fashions did an excellent job with installing my blinds and curtains. The…read moreprocess started out smoothly with Abeela coordinating with the Builder and going to take measurements of my windows. Subsequently, she provided the most cost effective quote when compared to other blind and curtain quotations that I had received. I moved into my place just before the lockdown in March 2020 and wanted to have my blinds in place on move-in day. Paul and Abeela Window Fashions arrived as promised on time and installed the blinds accordingly. They were very courteous and professional. They left my home in clean condition having taken all the packaging and waste from the blinds. I am very happy with the quality of the blinds, their professionalism and quality of service. I recommended Paul and Abeela Window fashions to a friend who signed on with the Company. Similar to my experience, Paul and Abeela Window Fashions arrived on move-in day and installed the blinds for my friend who was extremely pleased with the pricing, quality of blinds and service. A few months ago, we inadvertently ripped one of the blinds (for the patio door). I called Paul and Abeela Window Fashions and they asked me to take a picture of the blind specification and ordered a replacement blind for me. Once the replacement blind was received, they scheduled a time and came as planned to change out the ripped blind. Thank you so much for your professionalism, excellent prices, and kindness. I highly recommend Paul and Abeela Window Fashions.

They were rude and refused to come fix my blinds at first until my builder got involved (since these blinds fall under the one year warranty). When they came to fix them, they tried to "show me" instead of just fixing it themselves. They also took a crude and cheap solution to fixing the cords. Instead of using breakaway condensers, I now just have 2-4 separate long cords dangling from all my blinds. Will be following up with Health Canada to let them know the lack of concern this company is taking for fixing a recall they were blatantly aware of. Would give 0 stars if that was possible.

On the day of the inspection, the inspector called saying he will show up between 11 pm and 1 pm. I said I would be home past 11 am due to my meeting which I had informed the company of, and I said that I was told he would be able to arrange a time that was convenient for me. He said this WAS him arranging a time - by telling me when he will be there. The installation guys were phenomenal though, and the office staff were great in dealing with minimal (inevitable) damage to the window frame.

Chris Winfield came out to measure and couldn't be less friendly. I asked him what the width was just out of curiosity I wanted to see how close our measurements were. He told me he wouldn't tell me as he was "doing me a favour" to measure in the first place. Even Maurice in the showroom thought Chris was out of line. Then we got this short paragraph fro Chris that was supposed to be a quote that was over double than what we were originally quoted. No explanation, no numbers, just a few words and an amount. Nothing else. We phoned and were told that we chose the most expensive material. So I bet your thinking all we would have to do is go in and choose another material. NOPE!! We had to start the whole process over again. No measurements were on file, no record of the miniscule email we were sent. I suggested they call Chris, but apparently he doesn't accept phone calls on Saturday. Screw the customer, they would obviously rather inconvienece the customer then themselves. The only option we were given is to send Ashley out to start the process again. And if we didn't like our second choice, we would have to start all over again a third time. Don't waste your time with this company. Just run around and never do anything. So unprofessional
