The first thing that struck me was for the size of the shop, there is a ton of stuff. Yet somehow it's laid out really well. I was kind of impressed by that alone. Because it didn't feel cramped and it was easy to browse. We actually found a Christmas gift for my father in-law while we were in here. It's one of those M&M candy dispensers, where it's basically the giant M&M character (in this case, the yellow one) sitting in a recliner, and you pull his arm or something and it dispenses candy. I found it funny and cute. There's a a wide variety of stuff in here. Star Wars collectibles, knives, records, comic books, you name it. If you can think of it, they've probably got it in here. The guy working in there (I'm presuming the owner since it's such a small shop) was friendly and talked with us as we were buying our stuff. Would I return? Certainly. It's a cute little shop that is fun to explore. I'm looking forward to going back because you never know what you'll find in here.

The owner said he would only reimburse half the price if the figure was returned. He rescinded the offer when we said we were worried about him selling it at an unfair price to someone else. Either way, when I brought back an item I had just purchased maybe 2 hours earlier (because the BT speaker's battery does not hold a charge at all; I left it plugged in the entire time I had it and it wouldn't even turn on when unplugged), they would only give me store credit for the return. That was after 2 employees turned their backs to me and walked away, once I told them I wasn't trying to buy anything else. Store credit? No, thanks, I'm good. Most of the inventory looks to have been "acquired" from Springfield's hard working tweeker community in the first place, and, were I so inclined, I could just get it from them, in the parking lot outside. And hey, as a bonus, if I paid the aforementioned hard worker twice what the store would have, I would still only be paying half what the store would've charged me.

The people working here are also nice and answer any questions you have. There's a bathroom that is a little strange, it's part bathroom part kitchen. It does the job though which is all that really matters.

We have been going to Vintage Industry consistently- many visits- over the last 4 years since we moved to the area. We have bought a lot of furniture, artwork, gifts and other items. We love the unique variety of vendors, the excellent selections, the curation of items and we consistently find great value. I'm mostly a mid-century gal but there is something here for everyone. The holiday events are always fun and don't deprive yourself of the epic sourdough bread and fresh-baked sweet treats! Besides the great array of awesome finds, we also come back for the service- the staff are friendly, helpful and we look forward to seeing them!

They have a great book section, and their general household section is pretty big. They also have a lot of furniture to peruse. The people who work here are nice, just incredibly busy. The parking lot is a bit of a nightmare and, aside from being out in Springfield, is the only drawback to this location. It is tough to get out of and finding a spot can be challenging even in the middle of a weekday. I don't come here super often, but I like to stop by when I'm in the area. It's probably not worth making a special trip to, though.

My friend and I visited and were greeted by 2 employees. The shoes are located on the right hand side of entering along with purses. Up above, there are the prices of what colors are on sale, 25% or 50% off. [Organization]: This store is **organized**! The books [category, but way spacious to look], DVDs, CDs, stationary, seasonal decor, shoes [by color not size, then by category], photo frames, cups, furniture, clothes are all on racks with clear signs, and etc. They do have a good handful of jewelry and other speciality items in cases. It was easy to find a helpful and friendly employee to ask for an item in the case. [Price]: I do think depending on what the item is, St.Vinnies is cheaper than Goodwill. At Vinnies, most of the items are a flat price. Such as books, buttons, cards, clothes, and magazines. I ended up buying a handful of books and magazines, and spent about $30. Some were specialty and hardcover too! I decided to keep this review short, since it was overall just a lovely and great experience. I ended up spending over 2 hours browsing around and found a bunch of great things I've been looking for on my personal list. Super impressed and happy about that! I didn't even look at clothes! (next time!) It is definitely a must go to on my thrift store list!

It was a 250 mile round trip and the only money I spent all day was for fuel and coffee. For the "casual" buyer that may be fine but if you are a serious dealer or advanced collector this show is a complete waste of time. Possibly good for the housewife looking to decorate but no evidence of unusual high quality "true" antiques. The woman who "runs" this show (Roxanne Emmons) felt compelled to respond to my previous review recently. Please note that she pointedly did NOT respond to anything I had to say about the show itself. Only to address me personally. I guess "The best defense is a good offense". LOL Again, I vote her the MOST unprofessional, petty, and vindictive show manager in Oregon.
