They cut and cut and cut. When I asked why they cut so much, I got told "your husband told us too". No, he didn't. Now I have what looks like 3 phone poles with some stuff on top. My shade is gone. The trees look like crap. And everyone at the company just told me, "don't worry, it will grow back". No it won't. Branches are gone. My father was in the nursery business for 50 years, he's never seen anything like it. It looks BAD. SERVICES REQUESTED-prune and reshape 4 trees, clear vegetable garden and rear garden large planters of unwanted plants and weeds, removal of 3 shrubs with stumps that were overgrown and dead and removed several oak tree young shooters along with corresponding stumps. Gil came to my residence promptly after a phone call to provide a quote. He displayed his CA State Contractors License and certificate of liability insurance. He provided me a written quote of all the items I requested. He estimated it would take his crew a full day to complete all the work using 1-2 crews. He was able to have his crew come the next day. The crew was prompt and maintained an orderly and safe worksite. QUALITY: Top notch. Trees pruned look great! *(see attached photos) All stumps removed for trees and shrubs removed. Landscape clearing took place completely. The grounds were left immaculate. Gill emphasized his crew would clean up to the same degree he would have at his residence. All work completed met and exceeded my expectations. The jobsite and neighbor areas with leaves from bringing branches down were all cleaned up. VALUE: Gil's price was very competitive.
