Moved near here about 1 1/2 years ag. The course is scenic and well maintained. Beautiful undulations, views and conditions. Challenging, but not unforgiving. Will reward good play. The staff and the restaurant punctate a great day always. So glad this is my nearby course, and home away from home:) read more

Nice but not amazing. We used to be members, but it is not worth the cost unless you are an avid golfer. For our family, we simply did not use the amenities enough to make it worth the nearly $300 monthly cost. read more

This is my favorite course in the Columbia area. From the pro shop staff to the bag drop chaps, the ground crew and the restaurant staff...you are met with competence and genuine warmth. The course is in superb shape from tee to green. It's a challenging design which forces a thoughtful approach and every type shot. This is a really beautiful neighborhood in Blythewood next to I-77. It's a private community with a golf course, but they do let others come in to enjoy some of the amenities. I don't have a home there but I do have a membership. I absolutely love the swimming pool. It's really beautiful. Nice bar with snacks and sandwiches. It's also not crowded during the week days, but is on weekends. The clubhouse just opened up a few months ago. It overlooks the golf course. It's very beautiful too. I've eaten a few meals there and they were good, but they still have a few things to work on to be completely up to standards. It's getting there though. I really like this place and I do plan to renew my membership again for next year. read more

I travel all over the country and this might be the best value I've ever had for a golf course. The course was in great shape. The maintenance staff was courteous and didn't get in the way when we needed to hit a shot. I've played many courses where they don't pay attention to the golfers. The greens played slower than than they looked like the should or would. But rolled true and were void of many ball marks. Lots Of elevation changes especially off the tee boxes. Bad shots can be punished but the course is fair. A nice combination of dog legs and even had a par 3 that was surrounded by water. The driving range was more than acceptable. The cart boys and pro shop attendant were friendly. I will play here again when I get back to the area. read more

Our wedding was held at the Cobblstone Park Golf Club Clubhouse on September 13, 2014. This clubhouse is a brand new building, they only finished it in August. This venue is BEAUTIFUL, the inside is very elegant but still comfortable & spacious. Our coordinator, Craig Litz, did a wonderful job helping us create our perfect day. The venue is very reasonably priced for these kind of events, and the staff is very helpful providing set up, catering & clean up services. They'll work with you based on your needs & budget & also provided us a list of contact information for any outside services we needed. (DJs, Ministers, Wedding Cake Bakeries, etc) I would definitely suggest this location for any kind of event. You get so much more than you pay for! read more

We came for the Sunday brunch and were very pleased with the variety, quality, and value for the cost. Service was attentive and friendly and the dining and buffet space were clean and tidy. Children eat for half price which for our 5 year old is equal to other children's menu prices but offers a greater number of desirable food choices. Dessert selection was plentiful as well as an omelette station, beef carving station supplied with ham and beef. The buffet included chicken, fish, bacon, sausage, potatoes, shrimp, grits, pancakes, salad, etc. we will plan to visit again soon. read more

In town for a PKB Golf Tournament. So my review may not be typical for this course but here's what we experienced... There were not enough golf carts for parents because apparently they weren't making enough money off the tournament so they kept course open for a full day of tee times. Therefore making parents walk so they could keep carts for more players. Ok I get it. Never experienced that before but whatever. After the first 9, they made a few carts available. But they DID NOT WORK!! Went through two carts that quit after one hole, ran into others with stranded carts as well. They also didn't restock golf balls on the driving range for the many girls all trying to practice. We stood around for 15 minutes waiting for a spot with balls. The whole time girls were walking to the 3-4 slots that did have a few balls, grabbing a few at a time just so they could practice. Seems like an easy job for some kid, stock the balls, yet it just didn't happen. My opinion is that they were not prepared to host a PKB tournament..... The only positive- it is a beautiful course and seemed well manicured. To say it is "hilly" would be an understatement. To walk it is more like a day of hiking. Update: day 2 and still not allowing parents to have carts. I had already witnessed a grandfather having to sit in clubhouse all day because he couldn't walk 18 holes... Not to mention I walked 18 with severe plantar fasciitis in one foot and now am also unable to watch my child play golf today because I cannot walk all 18 holes. Host a Tournament and do it right or just don't do it at all!! I would NEVER sign my child up for a tournament at this course ever again. read more

I went here while visiting some friends in Columbia. Just your ordinary golf course. Nothing too fancy about this place, but the staffers are really friendly and take their time to provide you with everything you need. I especially love how welcomed you feel at this place. read more

The restaurant is open and the burgers are by far the best in the Columbia area. Absolute best at any country club.

Great green - fast and well kept. Fairways are nice. The reason I gave it a two-star rating is because the course is definitely not worth the $100 green fee. The cart paths are very bumpy and cracked. Very slow play - needs to be better monitored by the ranger - took almost six hours for 18 on a Sunday afternoon. Only saw the beer cart once the entire round. The pro shop staff could've been a bit more friendly, but the starter/ranger was very nice. I could travel 50 minutes to south Charlotte and play a much better course for the same price (maybe less). I wouldn't play this course again for this price. Look online for a discount to make it worth the round - I wouldn't pay more than $50 for this course. I am happy to pay $100+ for a round of golf, but the quality has to be there - this course is missing it. read more
