She has helped me with a non-mobile CH kitten (who learned to walk with the aid of exercises guided by Dr. Klein), URI cats, cats with eye issues, high blood pressure, and my beloved FIV+ Japanese cats. The cats never seem fearful in her care and I believe this is because of her ability to understand them and their body language, and she doesn't force them into going to the "crazy point". She is thorough and communicates with the pet parents well to help us understand all we can do to care for our 4-legged friends. She's not quick to want to test, test, test for money, money, money - something anyone can appreciate. She keeps the patient and the human in mind always. This place is, in my opinion, an absolute rip off. I brought in two dogs for routine vaccines and…read moreended up paying $215 per dog for just three vaccines. To make matters worse, because I had two dogs, I was required to pay for both office visits before I even walked through the door. By the time I realized how expensive everything was, I had already paid the exam fees and felt like I had no choice but to continue. After I got home, I compared prices with other local veterinary clinics and couldn't believe the difference. Another local vet charges around $90 for the same routine vaccines, and that price even includes a heartworm test. This office wanted more than $90 just to add the heartworm test to the bill. It doesn't stop there. My dogs have to go back in a few weeks for their required booster shots. This office charges $58 for that booster. Another local vet charges $25 for the same required booster. The pricing alone was enough for me to decide I won't be returning, but what really bothered me was the constant upselling. During our visit, every employee we spoke with recommended additional products or services. Some of those recommendations involved thousands of dollars in additional costs. While I understand that veterinarians should discuss available treatment options, I personally felt like many of the conversations relied more on fear and pressure than education. That was my experience, and it left me feeling like I was being sold to instead of simply receiving routine veterinary care. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this office to spend a few minutes comparing prices before making an appointment. I wish I had done that first because it would have saved me hundreds of dollars. Based on my experience, I won't be bringing my dogs back. I've included copies of my invoices, along with pricing from another local veterinary clinic for comparison. Everyone is free to make their own decision, but I think seeing the numbers speaks for itself.

I've been bringing my dog here for the past few months due to ongoing ear infections, and…read moreunfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. At the first visit, they treated his ear and it improved temporarily, but the issue returned within about a month. I was told to come back for a recheck, but was surprised to be charged a full exam fee (nearly $100) just to be seen -- not including any testing, medication, or treatment. When I returned after his symptoms persisted, they repeated essentially the same treatment that had already failed. When I asked about additional options like a medicated ear wash, I was told they would provide it at a two-week recheck -- meaning I would have to come back and pay another full exam fee just to receive it. Two weeks later, I went back again because his ear was still bothering him, and once again, I was charged a full visit fee. I was told to "keep doing what I'm doing," despite no improvement, and that if it continued they had a second, third, and fourth plan. While I understand wanting to take a less invasive approach, repeating the same treatment without results -- while continuing to charge full exam fees every visit and requiring additional paid visits just to access basic treatment -- is frustrating and expensive. Especially when each visit is already $100 just to be seen before any additional costs are added. I asked if they would consider waiving a recheck fee given the issue had not been resolved after multiple visits, but they declined. This is the first veterinary office I've experienced that charges full exam fees for every recheck on the same unresolved issue. It made me feel like the focus was more on billing than actually solving the problem. I truly wanted to trust them with my pet's care, but after months of the same issue and repeated charges without resolution, I've decided to seek care elsewhere.
