And recommended some brands I wasn't aware of. One of the pairs of Xelero shoes ending up being very uncomfortable and I returned that pair several days later. The Xelero was very comfortable and stable. However, one of the shoe's "tongues" was very uncomfortable. It probably would not affect most people, but I have had issues which affect my ability to walk. I returned the Xelero for a different style of the same brand that worked better for my needs. Josh spent a lot of time assisting me finding the right shoe and fit. We were met with hostility and unprofessional staff. We had our gates looked at for about two seconds and that was it. The process is no longer personal and staff acts as if they do not care to help. Staff is dressed in leggings which is absolutely not appropriate for the workplace. We will never be back.

Even if the total is the same doesn't matter as some people get reimbursement from their work for a pair and that reimbursement is shorted because of how their receipts are.
