They also have vast vats of washing liquid and shower soaps. Just take your empty containers and refill. I will certainly be returning to restock those items regularly. The park is run by a charitable trust of local people, who are also attempting to renovate Ford Park House, which is a grade II listed building. There is a Recording and rehearsal studio in the Coach House which is frequently booked by local young aspiring musicians. A community center has been developed here where there are rooms to hire. Ford park is great, whether you just want some fresh air, to join in volunteer work, or have a fun day out, at an event.

You can find it between junctions 35 and 36 and it's about 11 miles south of Kendal and 4 miles north of Carnforth.
