Their shoes are woefully overpriced, but with a sale, it may be a good deal. However, one of the pairs of sandals I purchased didn't fit, as I found out when I went home and tried it on again. I walked around my admittedly less than clean apartment to figure it out, and decided that they needed to be returned. on my return to the store, the clerk was again initially friendly and understanding, telling me to go ahead and just get the next size up, which was the plan. I headed in the right spot. I had just finished finding the pair when I was informed they would not be taking the exchange, despite my having the receipt and the product. His excuse was "you wore these outside," which was NOT the case, something I told him at the time. He kept going. Basically I'm now stuck with an overpriced pair of shoes that won't fit, because their policy is horrible for a shoe store. There are other places to go in Maryville; head there first and avoid this overpriced, bad to customers waste of your time.

Her response was if you don't like our prices you don't have to shop here. She said what do I expect, inflation is up gas has gone up minimum wage has gone up. The staff was friendly, pleasant and the some of the clothing was affordable for various name brand items - if you took the time to find a hidden gem. It was also easy to find items as everything seemed to be color coordinated. My only issue is that some clothing seemed like it had gone the washer and dryer too many times and a shirt or two I found actually had holes in it. Yet, this wasn't all the clothing, and like I mentioned you could find some hidden gems - and for this reason alone - it's worth going back every once in a while to see what new items they have added to their inventory.

The outside of the building looks fantastic and when you get inside there are more boots than anyone could imagine. That's where the positive part of this ends. My son and I were in the establishments approximately 45 minutes to an hour and no one came to offer assistance or even acknowledge that we were in the store. My son did find a pair of boots that he really liked only to find that the one boot was smaller than the other. Instead of someone offering to help or get in the back room to see if they had another pair, we looked around and then left. It is too bad that another store in town got their business. However, I guess when you get somebody that's greeting you and shows you to what you're looking for, and then offers advice it's a little easier to drop about $150 for a pair of boots. I gave three stars only because of selection, but would only give one star if it comes to customer service.
