With 200 ft. of cleared water access, it made a wonderful retreat and a fair investment, which had been one of our original goals: an investment we could enjoy until maturity. With professional guidance and some hands-on help, Maurice and Ester Darres promoted our property through the various media one would expect, print, internet, etc., and ended up brokering the sale of our property successfully. We doubled our purchase price and enjoyed life on a splendid Maine pond for twenty years. Again, they promoted our property on the media outlets and in print and after a couple failed offers, found our buyer and brokered our 9,000 sq. ft. lot for a whopping $160K! We have had great success with these folks and their brokerage, Coastal Maine Real Estate, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or members of their brokerage, to have a look at your proposed property acquisitions or sale of existing property.
