I understand that home…read moreinspectors aren't specialists in every aspect of your home, but for the price you pay, you expect them not to miss a lot of items. After closing on the house in January and moving in last month, we've come to find many items that he missed on his inspection. The downstairs toilet was loose and not level, leading to wax ring failure which I had to fix. The refrigerator was full of mold(he checked all appliances) which I had to get replaced. He missed the burned outlet behind the fridge. He went up into the attic but missed leaks in the roof which were found by a reputable roofing company during their estimate. I'm disappointed in how much was missed considering how highly rated this company is.

It was reasonable and honestly other mainstream companies would've charged more for poor quality work so I'm glad I went with encompass. My main concern was sweating vents in loft that was flipped from an attic, and Jayson did infrared imaging and saw that there was less insulation around it, which was having the heat hit all the cold air coming out causing sweating . Encompass provided me an online binder to see all of the notes. Once again, this was a great price with great quality and the electronic binder.

We got a date scheduled, then he texted and asked to reschedule because an employee got into an accident, damaging the work car. He sent pictures of the accident. No problem. Deion was the one who came to do the estimate a few days later, arriving in what appeared to be a personally owned truck with monster tires and no company logo.
