From the beginning, the company was disorganized and difficult to reach. Email inquiries often went unanswered for days, and phone calls and text messages were frequently not returned. After my first cleaning, dirty linens had been stuffed into closets, blankets were left thrown haphazardly on beds. To their credit, they did offer to come back out to amend the issue, however I took care of it myself, wrote it off as a one-time issue and continued utilizing their services. Unfortunately, things did not improve from there. I was overcharged multiple times for services. Although I was repeatedly assured that refunds would be issued, no action was taken. After waiting more than a month, I ultimately had to file disputes with my credit card company to recover the overcharges. Communication became an even greater concern when items were removed from my property without my knowledge or consent. I discovered they were missing only after reviewing security camera footage weeks later. When I reported the issue, I was repeatedly told the items would be located and returned, but despite multiple follow-ups, no resolution was provided. I eventually had to pursue legal action to recover the value of the missing items. I hope All Seasons improves its customer service, communication, billing practices, and accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

He came out, looked the place over, provided some brief verbal information, indicated we had some issues, said he would call us with recommendations. This was weeks ago! We called the office, our contractor called the office, were assured by the person who answers the phone there we would get a call back.....never happened. Neither us nor our contractor heard a peep! Weeks have passed waiting for a response. We could have gotten another company to come in and address our issues, but unfortunately, we waited on that call. Needless to say, if this is how we were handled before any work started, I should consider myself lucky we did not put ourselves in a position to have hired this company, and had something like this happen. The nature of the work requested is well within the scope of services offered by Pro-Master of Scottville. I am left to wonder why we and our project were simply disregarded. How cool would it have been for these folks to simply say "thank you for calling, but we can't address your needs on this job" as opposed to "ghosting" us. I consider this, not only bad business, but a very serious character flaw. This behavior cost us weeks we could have been moving forward with another service provider. Very disappointing! We wanted a local company and to keep our business in the community. I only wish I understood what we did to receive such treatment.
