Beware of the online reviews for this company. I chose All Seasons for my cleaning needs because of…read moretheir numerous 5-star ratings, but my experience was completely different. From the beginning, the company was disorganized and difficult to reach. Email inquiries often went unanswered for days, and phone calls and text messages were frequently not returned. After my first cleaning, dirty linens had been stuffed into closets, blankets were left thrown haphazardly on beds. To their credit, they did offer to come back out to amend the issue, however I took care of it myself, wrote it off as a one-time issue and continued utilizing their services. Unfortunately, things did not improve from there. I was overcharged multiple times for services. Although I was repeatedly assured that refunds would be issued, no action was taken. After waiting more than a month, I ultimately had to file disputes with my credit card company to recover the overcharges. Communication became an even greater concern when items were removed from my property without my knowledge or consent. I discovered they were missing only after reviewing security camera footage weeks later. When I reported the issue, I was repeatedly told the items would be located and returned, but despite multiple follow-ups, no resolution was provided. I eventually had to pursue legal action to recover the value of the missing items. I hope All Seasons improves its customer service, communication, billing practices, and accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
