They send text messages stating if you miss your appt you will be charged $202,450 We were told this is not a mistake they send these to get patients attention. How professional to use basically a scare tactic. Their system always sends texts with confirmations for appts that has the wrong date and time. However if you show up that date and time, they have no regards to your time and act like you were the one to make a mistake even if they are shown the texts. I am sure the drs aren't aware of the unprofessional nature of their administrative staff. Just another example of a business offering below average customer service. It's time Drs office start respecting their patients time the same way we are expected to respect theirs, take responsibility for their technology used to communicate with patients and the customer service and professionalism of their office. The date their system sent was wrong, the genius Office Manager Soozee advise was to click the message at the bottom of the text message as it has the correct date and time

Please stay far away and make sure if you pick another clinic that they are not owned by this corporation. The procedures were painful and I've had several there and was a patient there for years. Just before I became a patient at the mayo clinic who has been awesome, I had an appointment coming up at this place and I literally was scared. I would always be in so much pain but now I had some cognitive issues because of a fall and I explained to them I just would like to know if I could record everything they would tell me so quickly trying to shuffle me out Like a conveyor belt to sit in the next patient, that I would just like to record the audio. The woman seethed at me with the usual horrible attitude that she had towards patience and with vitriol said absolutely not unless we talk to our attorneys. I've never heard of such a thing. I had always been polite in there even though I would sit and talk to patients in the waiting room who would agree and look at me when we would see the attitudes that they would have behind the desk like something out of 101 dalmatians with the character Cruella. Despite the painful procedures, I didn't have another place in my entire town to go except this corporation we're all the doctors worked and everyone I saw was bad. Every single practitioner. Please be sure to make sure if you go elsewhere that they are not connected with this place or owned by this place and I do not recommend whatsoever. My family and I have gone to a new clinic even if we have to travel out of town. It's definitely worth it and better for our health. I don't trust this place at all and I'm glad other women agree with me. Their reviews are terrible and I think most are too afraid to post them. I've had a few tell me they are.

Cannot maintain proper scheduling and think that they are in a circus watching the clowns when in fact they are the clowns. Dr. Molpus is experienced but lacks the capability to treat the very ill in a timely manner. God forbid you get sick on the weekend, you will just have to put your illness on hold until he returns from vacation. Everyone is entitled to have time off, but don't let the patients suffer even more just because your collection of clowns for a staff are not trained right. Totally ridiculous doctor patient visitation periods. For your sake, stay away from this Dr. unless you have a MINOR ailment.

The office staff in Ormand Beach needs to be schooled how to talk to patients, the doctor is fine…read more I took me three weeks to get my biopsy results as they said my insurance would not cover it, I have Medicare part B that costs me $700 a month and a secondary from Mutual of Omaha, After Dr. Morrison performed the Mohs I was told to wait for an hour for the results, I waited and hour and a half and was told maybe later, normally you are given results before you leave. It was not till the next day after I had to call them did, I get the results, I never heard of a practice having to send Mohs biopsy to another location. When I did speak to someone, they treated me like I was a piece of trash. If I did not live 750 miles North, I would have gone to my normal dermatologist, next time if it happens, I will stay away from this practice.
