I asked for a refund since I had only used it a few times and it was completely useless and was told that I could not return it due to the 30 day refund policy having been exceeded, but since I used it so infrequently, I didn't know within that period that it would be such a piece of junk. Contacted HP to help me and they don't offer refunds and their customer support is extremely difficult to connect with. I would not recommend purchasing this printer at all and would caution buying any electronics from Staples if there's a chance that you won't know within 30 days that the product is a complete rip off. I wasted close to $200, a lot of time and energy and paper.

I chose pickup as I want it today as I am probably looking at an extended hospital stay for cancer. Instead , even though they have 2 in stock , they say It will be delivered to store next week. I said this makes no sense as I chose pickup and they have 2 in stock. They said I chose store delivery. The only option is pickup or delivery, not store delivery, i told them. They said sorry but I have to wait to cancel till it gets to the store. So, no laptop and no money to get one elsewhere till I get the ordered cancelled next week. Probably be too late then. Never order from Staples and expect any rational service!

They are far better staffed and seem actually interested in helping the customer. I had called about a $250 product. I asked if it was in stock. I was told it was going to be a few minutes and understandably as it was explained to me that they were shortstaffed. By the way, they are consistently shortstaffed. Which points to a sign of bad management if they can't keep staff. I was told the product was in stock. But I wasn't convinced by the tone. I was told the manager had to check and confirmed, but I asked them to double check and scan the item to make sure it was the one I wanted & the advertised price before I drove for 40 minutes to pick it up. Long story short, it was not the correct item, the item I wanted was not in stock. Never again.
