They were never put lens down on any surface, never cleaned with anything but the cloth and solution I was provided with. They were warrantied about 2 months after I got them, so I was super careful, but they scratched up again, maybe my shirt pocket once in a while is too much for them. The optometrist (I hope I used the right word) was super thorough and allowed me all the questions I had. I have family history of glaucoma and I'm getting to that age where cataracts are becoming a thing. Glad to find out I am okay for both for now but I've been put into the system to see a specialist as a follow up in a years time. Afterwards I spoke to another woman who helped me through what was a blepharitis diagnosis. I know several people who have this and none do their treatments so I've decided to stay on top of mine. Apparently 85% of women get this. I thought I had dry/overtired eyes from phone overuse but a simple treatment of wipes and a linseed mask heated in the microwave and my eyes are feeling better already.
