I've never in…read more42 years doing Business with someone been Harassed, threatened if I wrote a review about his tint job and him as an Owner. Randy tinted my car 3 1/2 years ago and it's been starting to bubble pretty badly on all my windows and one door looked like it was lifting on the side so I first contacted him back in October to fix this but being I live over a hour and a half away I wasn't able to get down there till yesterday. At this point, I thought Randy was nice as I will say he was accommodating with working with my schedule being I lived so far away now. That's about the only nice thing I will say about him to only waste my time and gas and drive a hour and a half to his tint place since it has a "lifetime warranty" which is bogus and a scam. The window he did show me that windows move (He is very lucky the way he shook my window back and forth he didn't break it) so that's why it was causing an issue but as far as all the bubbles that were coming up he would not fix. If He had concerns about the tint, bubbles knowing I was driving over a hour and a half away a good Owner would say "send photos before you drive this far" so I can make sure everything is covered. No he made us drive all that way to not only not fix it but continue to text me, called me name calling and calling me immature because I was going to write a review about his work and threaten me if so did. I'm sorry how is that immature? People write reviews everyday and if I can save a Customer from having this Experience, I'm allowed to share it. His excuse about all the bubbles was it was put on that way and sometimes dust gets in the windows when putting on tint so it was done when he put it on. I'm sorry if that's how it looked with that many Bubbles on all 4 windows then you should not be doing tint as that's the most poorly tint job and I would be embarrassed and you should've fixed it then. I've never in my entire life have had this issue with tint and I've had a lot of cars in the last 27 years. I've had a Tahoe tinted after my car and a Yukon Denali which are both huge vehicles and not one bubble on them. If a Business does tint property it will not have bubbles when it's done or so soon after. Our Yukon has sat outside for almost 2 years in the Hot Florida sun and does not have one bubble on any of the 8 windows yet my car that's garage kept has all these bubbles on all 4 windows. My Wife's car is a 2002 no bubbles. Something is wrong that Randy thinks he can take advantage of Customers, waste my time and gas to not fix the situation. This is when he starts harassing me with text messages and threatening me all because I said I was going to write a review so other Customers aren't taken advantage of and know the work he does. I've had cars 10 years and I've never had to re-tint a garage kept car that's barely driven then this Man wants to say it was done this way. He saw two young Women come out and decided to he would put the blame on us like we didn't know a thing about Tint. Also I've never had an Owner continue to text me and harass me if I posted a review. That's very unprofessional and that's "immature" and makes me wonder what Randy has to hide if I write a review. It's not illegal to write a review about a Business, it's not illegal to write a review about a Business Owner and your Experience with them. It is Illegal to continue to harass a Woman who told you to "leave them alone" and stop harassing you to only get "another" text message almost 3 hours later when you're at dinner with your Family discussing a health issue with a fabricated email (that he wrote himself) threatening me again if I went on Social Media to write a Review. What do you have to hide? Do you like taking advantage of Customers and Women? What Owner and what kind of Man thinks he should continue to do this to a Women who specifically said "leave me alone" fortunately for me, I have my text messages saying leaving me alone, and Randy continuing to text me after, I have a Witness, photos of my bad tint job, I have my Credit card Statement from when he did my tint and credit card receipt showing I paid his establishment if he makes up a lie he didn't do it, and If he thinks it's okay to threaten young Women so they won't post a review about their experience with them. It definitely makes me wonder how many other Customers, Women, or even the Elder he took advantage of and harassed them if they told them they were going to write a review. If you want a good tint job, trust me and look elsewhere as Randy does not know how to tint vehicles, he does not how to treat Customers or respect Women's wishes. Please tell me what Business Owners continues to text Customers harassing them after they left? They don't and if anything they try to fix the situation and not continue to threaten them. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere before you have you Vehicle tinted here
