It's more the lack of customer service. I just got my cart back after several weeks of calling and begging for some kind of information. No one ever has an answer and always says somebody will call me back, but nobody ever does. Customer service ends as soon as you give them a check. I am hoping this is the last time I have to deal with them but, seeing how they've had a cart almost as much as I have. I'm guessing that won't be the case. I am not sure who wrote the policy to leave customers in the dark. But it is really not a good look and I will never recommend them.

I had done that only 30 months ago, so I decided to go with a lithium battery ( more expensive but a 10 year warranty). They took my cart on Friday and returned it on Tuesday but forgot to connect my USB port. They took the cart back to the shop and returned it promptly with a working USB port...No charge!!! Of course I'm sure this means he would pay the sales tax and he would reduce the cost of my cart accordingly to cover the sales tax. I worked with a nice lady there and we closed the deal. Fast forward 3 months; tire blows out today. I called the dealer today and they basically said that since I didn't pay sales tax, they won't honor the warranty. I even offered to pay them their sales tax in exchange for a spring service and maintenance ($225 value). The sales tax was $318.00 so he would have done better at the end of the day anyway! I urge you to stay clear of this dealer in the Ft Myers area. There are plenty of other dealers to work with in the area, don't work with this one!!!
