I graciously accepted. Then they sent me an invoice that showed a 3% transaction fee and added on $250 in shipping when my purchase and their website clearly says free shipping. (He told me that only is for orders over $2500) I asked them to either honor their price that they sold it to me for or to honor their free shipping. They instead have ignored me and canceled my order. This is definitely a bait and switch. I would not trust this company as they do not appear to have any business integrity.

There was a big snapping turtle in a bin that had zero water in it and the water filter was bone dry... We couldn't tell if it was dead or alive. So many big predatory fish were in tanks they can't even turn around in. Fish tanks are filled with algae and did not appear to be cleaned for months, if ever. We wanted to save these animals but could not bring ourselves to give this guy any money just to spend on more animals that will be abused and neglected. Not to mention how dark and filthy it was throughout the whole store. You couldn't tell what was for sale and what was for show. While I was in there this one little snake kept coming up to the glass when I was near, and seemed curious. Beautiful little girl snake. So I picked up a tank, and supplies and took it home and set it up, to get the temperature and humidity consistent. The following week, I picked up Bee (who you can see in the photos I have been posting). I let her settle in for a week or so, and then she ate with no issues. I have been working with her to get her used to handling. Really docile and sweet... gets out and explores her enclosure, likes to bask in the lights I setup. Very laid back pet, and easy to care for. I have been to Herp Hobby Shop several times to pick up frozen rat fuzzies for her eat, and they are always helpful and friendly.
