They instead have ignored me and canceled my order. This is definitely a bait and switch. I would not trust this company as they do not appear to have any business integrity.

There was a big snapping turtle in a bin that had zero water in it and the water filter was bone dry... We couldn't tell if it was dead or alive. So many big predatory fish were in tanks they can't even turn around in. Fish tanks are filled with algae and did not appear to be cleaned for months, if ever. We wanted to save these animals but could not bring ourselves to give this guy any money just to spend on more animals that will be abused and neglected. Not to mention how dark and filthy it was throughout the whole store. You couldn't tell what was for sale and what was for show. One review mentioned an adult Bearded Dragon trying to escape implying it was because it was in a cramped space. My bearded dragon has a huge 55 gallon tank with everything he needs, perfect temps, lights etc. and whenever we are in the room he goes crazy running back and forth, flaring up and showing his black beard just to show us he's wanting out cause they love human interaction if that is how they are raised since they were babies. That comment just had me laughing. Don't talk about things you don't understand or have experienced and come up with some idea out of your head as to why something seems odd to you. Herp's did indeed need lots of improvements but they sure got it done and they should be given a visit and trust that you will see an amazing pet, hobby shop!
