I purchased a waterbox all in one aquarium with stand. The company emailed me and said that they…read moremade an error in pricing, but we're willing to give me $100 off the price. I graciously accepted. Then they sent me an invoice that showed a 3% transaction fee and added on $250 in shipping when my purchase and their website clearly says free shipping. (He told me that only is for orders over $2500) I asked them to either honor their price that they sold it to me for or to honor their free shipping. They instead have ignored me and canceled my order. This is definitely a bait and switch. I would not trust this company as they do not appear to have any business integrity.

My boyfriend and his roommate thoroughly enjoy the selection of equipment, coral, and live fish…read morethey have here. They probably drive over at least twice a month to this location, and every so often make trades for store credit when they have fish that've outgrown their tanks or coral that's split. I admittedly don't know much about the aquarium industry, but these guys love this spot & always have good experiences with the products and livestock they've purchased here. I tend to get my boyfriend a gift card here for his birthday or Christmas which he also loves, so it's a good option if you have an aquarium-lover you're gift shopping for too

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE, THIS MAN NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!…read moreThis is the second time we have been in this store and we definitely learned our lesson. Every animal in there was dying. There was a big snapping turtle in a bin that had zero water in it and the water filter was bone dry... We couldn't tell if it was dead or alive. So many big predatory fish were in tanks they can't even turn around in. Fish tanks are filled with algae and did not appear to be cleaned for months, if ever. We wanted to save these animals but could not bring ourselves to give this guy any money just to spend on more animals that will be abused and neglected. Not to mention how dark and filthy it was throughout the whole store. You couldn't tell what was for sale and what was for show.
