They had it for over a week because they claimed they were ordering 'parts'. When I dropped by to pick it up I found they hadn't replaced any of the things they said they would and just tightened up a few things here and there - things I didn't ask for and could have done myself. Bike is still unrideable and they charged me £30 for the privilage and had the gall to say they saved me money! Never again. If you want anything beyond an innertube don't bother with these jokers. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

The service in here is first class, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Even if you go in looking for a pair of gloves you'll probably end up buying one of these crazy Brompton bikes for over a grand! They always have plenty of stock to ensure customers don't leave empty handed, and they will let you test ride if prearranged.

I have been looking around Liverpool for a good bike store and found this place to be great value and not to mention much friendlier than a big corporation. The staff no what their talking about and they do their best to help you regardless of your budget which in my case was very small indeed. The shop itself is a bit old fashioned and could do with a spruce up but this is no bad thing as it makes it feel more personal. I'm not going to say that the range here is as good or as modern as a big store but the value certainly competes and the staff are fantastic. A personal touch and a lovely well run business.
