I had already done my research on pricing for all my service needs as well as potential service providers. I had even previously purchased the kit for my brakes, but not my new tires. I'm a very contentious shopper regarding pricing and service, so I walked through the door prepared to only get air for my tires. I was quickly convinced otherwise because my tires were overdue for replacement and their pricing for everything was truly unmatched! The woman at the counter was warm, friendly, patient, and helpful with my inquiries about my brake job and new tires purchase and installation. They didn't have my tires of choice in stock that day, but she promised they'd be available at 8 am the next morning. THEY WERE! They also allowed me to bring my previously purchased brake replacement kit for installation. Needless to say, within 24 hours, my brakes (both axles) and all four tires were expertly replaced on my vehicle in record time ( compared to other shops) and without breaking the bank! It literally took them less than 30 minutes to replace my new tires when I returned the morning of day 2. I didn't even have time to get settled in the waiting area. Great service; great prices. I highly recommend Coastal Tire and Auto for your next vehicle service needs!

Not including the tire I got the oil pan from the same place that you could get it from and had it installed and it came with a warranty as well and it was $400 cheaper than you quoted and no it wasn't done in someone's yard either. You price markup's are ridiculous. Yes I still needed a tire which I was able to get a new tire and still came in $200 cheaper than you quoted me just for the oil pan alone. I don't know why you mark everything up so much and I'm sure you're not the only ones doing so. I could say a number of other things but it wouldn't change anything so I won't.

Coming from the west coast, due to my wife taking a job in bay st.louis, I have virtually nothing but horror stories of mechanics in the area I lived. I took a chance, not knowing any references to a good mechanic, when my truck tried to drive itself independently of the steering input. Mark took me right in, called me back in a timely manner, and talked straight and accurately to me. Then offered the repair estimate, which was fair and competitive. I can't say enough to show my appreciation for coming 2500 miles, to find a mechanic that lives up to the term. As a former mechanic myself, I know of which I speak, Mark and Jennifer are the real, honest, straight shooting and fair establishment, and my abused and used 21 yr old truck was restored to me, and drives better than it has since I bought it with .8 miles on the odo. Thank you, and God bless. I knew there was a reason I found a home in Mississippi, and proud to know neighbors like Smith Goodyear Tire and Auto.
