Instead, I was met with the runaround, delays, and zero empathy. In times of grief, no one should have to deal with cold and unhelpful treatment like this. He did exactly that. Then offered to come back the next morning to jack the trailer up and get it back on the hitch for me, no charge. After midnight, in a hurricane, fixing a problem I caused by not listening to him. This is a dude who hauls actual supercars for a living and he treated my flooded swamp truck like it rolled off a showroom floor. This company charged $250 for the tow and $35 a day and charged me for 2 days and told the body shop if they didn't get it by 2pm it would be another $35. other companies in the area are not allowed to charge more than $150 for the tow per city regulations. What makes this company special. Avoid doing business with this company if you're able. I was not able to and wow! Very disappointed in a locally owned and operated business. E&M was only going to charge me $100 and was only 5 minutes behind his companies truck. Makes me think Biloxi PD is showing favoritism to a company that price gouges its customers.
