Incredibly helpful and FAST!…read more I needed repairs on my vehicle and was afraid to drive it the distance needed to reach the shop. I called several towing companies from google search and received no response. Both my shop and a friend highly recommended E&M Towing. I see why! Dispatch was very friendly and understanding. The tow truck driver was so kind. He took my keys, handled the whole hookup and was very careful my vehicle. Great company! Hopefully - I won't need a tow again in the near future - but I'll refer everyone I know who does!

After going through a heartbreaking loss, I only wanted to retrieve the belongings of the deceased from the vehicle -- a request that should have been met with compassion and understanding. Instead, I was met with the runaround, delays, and zero empathy. In times of grief, no one should have to deal with cold and unhelpful treatment like this. Their actions showed me that profit comes before people in their business. If you value respect, compassion, and professionalism -- look elsewhere.

Called Caleb and fifteen minutes later he's there in the monsoon, smiling like he pulled up to a barbecue. He warned me straight up that pulling it from that angle would bend the trailer tongue -- honest guy, felt bad about it -- but the water was rising so I told him forget the trailer, save my truck. He did exactly that. Then offered to come back the next morning to jack the trailer up and get it back on the hitch for me, no charge. This company charged $250 for the tow and $35 a day and charged me for 2 days and told the body shop if they didn't get it by 2pm it would be another $35. other companies in the area are not allowed to charge more than $150 for the tow per city regulations. What makes this company special. Avoid doing business with this company if you're able. I was not able to and wow! Very disappointed in a locally owned and operated business. E&M was only going to charge me $100 and was only 5 minutes behind his companies truck. Makes me think Biloxi PD is showing favoritism to a company that price gouges its customers.
