She listens - like really listens - and reiterates what I say to make sure we're on the same page. She makes herself available after-hours/in between sessions for ongoing support (which I've taken her up on a time or two). She explains things to me in a way no one has before - and by doing so, she's helped me see things differently, helped me shift my energic boundaries, helped me change my life. She's calm and kind, but also fierce and empowering. I truly feel more bold and more peaceful after participating in The Bold and Peaceful Program. While they previously had a parking lot, it's street parking now, so leave a little earlier and give yourself time to find a spot. Aimee and Hala are extremely talented holistic healers. You can feel confident anytime you are booking an appointment with them. I am very grateful for both of them throughout my own spiritual journey in the last few years. I would be nowhere without these incredible women, who are knowledgeable, compassionate and invested in your whole health. Even if you don't need an appointment, check out their beautiful store. They carry the most lovely crystals, candles and metaphysical supplies. Hala is usually in the shop and is so helpful--don't be intimidated, because she is great at reading energy and can help you find exactly what you need. At YWCA Greater Cleveland engaged Energetic Awakenings to help us process and talk about some internal issues and difficult subjects. David Phillips was our practitioner. His calming presence and excellent facilitation skills, helped us to create a safe space, bring some issues to the forefront, and create action steps. Personally, I have participated in a group workshop with Energetic Awakenings where they helped me process some difficult emotions through core body work. I did not realize how much emotion I was holding on to, and how that pent-up emotion was holding me back. Even though I was in a group setting, I felt that the practitioner was able to give each person (including me) the individual attention that they needed. They made me feel safe. When my 20 year old son was having some personal problems and struggling at university, I took him to Energetic Awakenings. Of course, I was not in the room when they were working due to patient confidentiality. However, I can say that my son was more hopeful and at peace after his work at Energetic Awakenings. I was having a hard time finding someone to replace the battery in my laptop. The prices were…read moreoutrageous and the wait time for service to be completed was weeks. The big box store where I bought the laptop informed me that I had to supply the battery myself and they were backed up so I was looking at a few weeks for replacement! Frustrated I contacted Certified Laptop Repair and scheduled to bring in the laptop. I met with George and he couldn't have been kinder or more professional! I brought in the laptop and and not only was the battery replaced but George called me back within a few days to come pick up the laptop! It runs like new again! I was shocked at the price and even told George that I had expected to pay much more than he charged! They even disposed of some old electronics that I didn't know what to do with. I've since canceled my Geek Squad membership and Certified Laptop Repair will now be my go to for any issues that should arise with our computers in the future!
