I have PCOS and had a low supply and tongue tie with my first and wanted to get baby checked out right away so we could do what we needed to help milk production. Rosemary was amazing and came right away and helped me navigate all the things related to breastfeeding and feeding my baby. I felt heard and very well cared for in those beginning days when you are so vulnerable. We had a follow up today and she reassured me that I'm doing everything and heading in the right direction. She was really there to listen to what I had to say and my concerns and gave the advice that I needed to feel confident and keep moving forward. So thankful for Rosemary and Bridgetown baby for the much needed support.

We were lucky enough to work with Katrina who from the very first meeting, was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. She created a comfortable, judgment-free space where I felt heard and understood. What I appreciated most was her collaborative approach. She really took the time to listen to our concerns, answer questions thoroughly, and work together to find solutions that felt right for our family. Her guidance was practical, encouraging, and tailored to our specific situation. I'm truly grateful for her expertise and compassion, and I would highly recommend her to any family looking for knowledgeable and caring lactation support.

For every decision that we were going to face in the birth process, Rebecca presented us with all options and research to back them up, letting us decide what was in our best interest. My favorite part of our pre-birth doula visits with Rebecca was the emotional support that she provided. Most often, the visits ended up being a somewhat therapy session around our excitement, anxiety and fears about childbirth. We always left feeling informed and confident. As sometimes happens, our birth plan went in the complete opposite direction as we had expected and having Rebecca guide us through the process kept our (or my) anxiety at ease. She then helped me process my birth experience, something I didn't really realize that I would need. I also had Rebecca process and encapsulate my placenta which I'd highly recommend! I had no idea there were so many ways that placenta capsules could be beneficial in my postpartum journey. One last bonus - Rebecca took some of the most beautiful pictures of our birth day. I hadn't originally wanted any pictures but I'm so happy that I have them now.

I think I magically found her on Facebook - thank you creepy algorithms. She helped me get my first to sleep honestly 12-16 hours a night every night by 12 weeks. Because of Natalie I was able to do that with my son by 8 weeks old. I thought I was so amazing. The best mom. A world leader really. But then the kids got into big kid beds and I was F*€#ED! I struggled for 8 months with my daughter first. Eventually she started sleeping through the night alone again. When my four year old was doing this it took me 3 months before I decided we had to do something. I reached out to Natalie on the off chance she could sleep train a toddler. She said yes. She gave me a bunch of things to do and buy and implement and honestly I wanted to do just a couple things - not all. Every night for the first 3 nights I texted her saying I only did a few things and she would tell me everything was critical. (It wasn't even that much she had me do... I was just being a lazy brat). On night three I did everything she told me to and WTH he went down without a fight and slept until 6:45. Mind. Blown. He usually made going to bed a 45 minute struggle, woke up 3-5 times an night and woke up screaming at 5. At this point I would pay her my next born (not gonna happen - but if it DID, she would sleep train them so maybe I should! LOL). Natalie is a godsend and parents - THERE IS NO REASON TO BE SUFFERING!!! She can help! Worth every single penny!!

The price of the classes are very fair. 2 stars if you're looking for a social environment to connect with likeminded people. That has nothing to do with mac directly but the culture could be a lot better. The thing I hate about Mac is their bathrooms. The doors swing in the wrong directions so it is very hard ti get into the stall without pressing up against the toilet, and I only weigh 150lbs. They need to switch the stall doors to swing outwards so it is not so hard to use the bathrooms. I
