After calling, I got a free trial class and came in on a Thursday evening class at 5:30pm. I arrived a few minutes early with my friend and filled out the waiver form and took a look around. It's one large room with multiple stations, making a large circle. There are multiple screens at the front of the room that have a countdown timer as well as a sample instructor performing all of the workouts so we don't forget the correct form and pace. The trainer Sam began the class by explaining how we were going to do 3 sets of each workout for 35 seconds each, and then we will rotate to the next station once the 3rd set ends. You get a 20 second rest between each set. The class lasts 45 minutes with a few minutes of stretching at the end. There were about 15 people in this particular class. Overall, the class was difficult (I do not regularly workout since becoming a mom,) but the two instructors made it very clear that we are to push ourselves but to know our limits, drink water, and take breaks when we need to. They were very encouraging and made me feel very comfortable and accomplished! I will return! Thanks F45.
