Went to Coach to get a gift for the most important person in my life- me (haha). Scoped things out online ahead of my visit so I was clear about what I wanted. It's a week before Christmas so they store was rather packed but there were several sales associates who were visibly present and checking in on customers. I was greeted by a rather tall lady who saw me looking at a back and felt overly obliged to share the price and before I could respond she fired off " there are some others over there on sale". Oh, ok! That's what we're doing? Hmm Luckily for both of us, a beautiful brown angel in the form of an associate named Laurie came to my rescue. I shared with Laurie what I habitually pick out- bags in basic colors (black, tan, brown) instead of bags that are a fun accent and not so matchy- matchy. I looked at the Luna in red but decided against it as it can only be worn as a shoulder bag and while it's cute- that's not ideal for my lifestyle. I love to dance and frequent museums and I prefer to be hands free in those environments. Next, we looked at the Tabby Chain in Brass/ Blue. I love that purse itself but wasn't sure if I was going to get as much use out of that particular shade of blue ( more turquoise). I was still looking around when Laurie disappeared and came back with the Tabby Chain in brick red. I was immediately in love. It's perfect. I won't be over the little bag trend anytime soon and so for me I just need something for a few cards, a lipstick, phone and my car fob. I tested it out with all the above to ensure it would work and we were good to go. Laurie offered me a bottle of water while she checked me out and got the bag wrapped. To the tall Caucasian lady, I'm not saying you're racist but we have to be considerate of the micro aggressions that minorities deal with. Instead of announcing the price of goods or pointing folks to the sale section they didn't ask you for - what might be more effective is to ask " did you have something specific in mind or what budget did you have in mind"? That's more cultural responsible. I have always been a Coach girl and I'm not deterred by my experience with her. I've never made a Coach purchase I regretted. I only wish they allowed bags from the Outlets to be up cycled as well since I buy from both the higher and lower end of the brand and every now and then I'd like to refresh a bag and give it new life. read more

Alaina did everything for this review. She was patient and kind and helpful. I walked in said the idea that I have in my head and she was on it. I needed to replace my old everyday bag (which is also a coach bag) for something new. There were a wide variety of options and I fell in love with the second one I was showed. I didn't feel any pressure, which allowed me to purchase more (I'm usually a get in and get out kind of gal). Thank you Alaina. The store was beautiful and well organized. They do the monogramming right there and my strap needed extra holes...on the spot, done!! There were some shoes, clothes and some beautiful jewelry. What I love about coach is that I remember it's quality from when I was a child and my mother would have the bags while I had the wristlets. Very slept on brand for the quality it provides. I got a bag, two coin wallets, monogramming and strap adjustment for under $500. And I know the bag will last forever. read more

My red Marcella (I might have the name wrong) bag was dropped and the clasp broke. I dragged my feet thinking coach probably coupler fix it and I was so discouraged when Antoinette said I had just missed the year mark - however - she kept looking and found I bought my bag in September so it was okay to be repaired. I was very excited and satisfied with her help she was fast and kind, even being patient as my daughters looked around. I will definitely return and seek her assistance. I highly recommend requesting Antoinette's help if you're at the Roosevelt field location. As we were leaving another group of ladies entered and also seemed to be waiting for her assistance. I loved Deb! She was my sales lady. She has an awesome attitude and amazing energy and I felt welcomed the minute I walked in the store. We chatted about old bags and she showed me some new bags. She provided names, prices and assisted me with my new Coach glasses. She made it an awesome experience! I spent more money than I probably would have but I loved the products she showed me. I had the worst customer service to date at a luxury store. Bought two expensive watches and was told by the staff there that I can come back anytime to have it adjusted. Worn it for a few weeks and decided the wristband needed to be adjusted for a tighter fit. Walked into the store on a weekend, literally no other customers. Went to a dark skin girl working there and asked to have my wristband adjusted. The attitude I got was asinine. She looked at me as if she didn't believe me and proceeded to ask for my receipt. I thought it was probably store policy and gave her my receipt. She then started to made me feel that I should be able to do this on my own and that I was wasting her time. I caught myself feeling stupid and tried to explain to her why I had to go the store for an adjustment. I had wanted to buy another wallet while I got my watch adjusted but that experience made me feel terrible about myself and I couldn't wait to leave. Walking out I realized how terrible the experience was. As a paying customer I didn't need to justify to an employee why I needed an adjustment for a service they already provide. I spent a lot of money in this store but this will be my last time. To the girl who 'assisted' me next time try make your customers feel welcomed and not a waste of your time. read more

Horrible customer service. Went to pick up a wallet I purchased and the girl at the counter went to go get it and in the end just dumped the wallet into shopping bag and handed it to me. And that was it. Really felt like we were being rushed to leave and that they couldn't waste their precious time with my purchase. Never going back to thst Coach store!!!! read more

I picked out a bag I was going to buy from the store and this woman employee came up to me and told me she could hold the bag for me. I kindly said "oh that's okay thank you" and she wouldn't refuse. I was confused why she would want to hold the bag for me until I realized she probably assumed I was going to steal. She must've felt embarrassed when I did end up paying. All I was doing was walking around the store looking at more stuff. Made me mad she embarrassed me like that in front of customers. read more
