It's just perfect for a working/busy adult that wants to learn some dance or get some exercise. The people that work there are pretty great too :) They're all so nice

Luciana Rezendes, the teacher at the Urbana Fine Arts Center is not only the best teacher of dance he has had by far, but also has been the most human. And--a plus for me-- the most affordable by a long shot! Miss Luciana offers exceptional training at a level of instruction that you would only otherwise find in big cities, but is willing to work with all levels of dancers, including adult learners. The center is conveniently located across from Meijer's and next to a pizzeria and other restaurants so I can shop while my son is in class. The studio itself is spacious and airy. Dance is a learning opportunity and the academy does not teach. The classes are incredibly small…read morefor a reason. The main teacher doesn't teach. One is basically paying for girls to put shoes on and chat. Dance is a lot of money. Too much to not be trained properly. The place is very unclassy overall as well. There are not a lot of students either and high schoolers take classes with 5th graders often. Go somewhere else like the LaSalle Dance Center or Adagio. It will be more worth your time and money! I suggest seeing the recitals of each studio and comparing the class and performance standards at each place. It is incredibly obvious which studios are lacking.
