If I could give 0 stars I would. Every single time we order you manage to get something wrong then we have to fight for our money back But tonight, tonight was the cherry on top. Not only did you manage to give the delivery driver the completely wrong order, the poor delivery driver didn't have a clue what was going on, sent him back to the store to collect the right order. While the delivery drivers waiting out the back like an animal. You then left me answered on call for 8 minutes while I could hear you slagging off your staff members, refusing to pack our food that we paid for. I have used this small corner shop many times. It stocks a good range of products. Even though its small it still offers the deals that the larger supermarkets offer. I tend to buy more here as its not over priced like some corner shops are. The staff are all friendly and polite. This shop gets very busy at school start and finish times, but that is to be expected. It also reduces some of it perishable produce at about 4 O'Clock, so if you live or work near here you can make good savings. read more
