I'm especially drawn to Carrie for her light hearted humor, grounding presence, and nurturing teaching style. Each class feels thoughtfully planned and you truly get your money's worth. The studio offers even more value beyond classes. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the space itself is a cozy boutique style studio with curated gifts, skincare like EarthTonics, and yoga brands such as Beyond Yoga. It feels community focused, supportive, and non judgmental, which is something I have not experienced at other studios even at higher price points. They also include added value through events and workshops that deepen your practice without feeling transactional. Outside each studio door there are instructions on what supplies you will need to grab when you enter, and how many people to a row. I love clear instructions! Especially as a first timer to the studio. Rebecca was a great instructor and gave great suggestions throughout the class on different things you could try during each stage if you wanted to kick it up a notch or keep things simple.
