Luckily we were in a rush to begin with, however I didn't like feeling rushed to eat my meal since we didn't have reservations. Besides that, the food was tasty and totally hit the spot on the cold night. I really enjoyed how spicy the curry was. However if I was more hungry, I don't feel like the meal would have filled me up. Dude was I disappointed by the food here. I ordered the Pho. It is a flavorful beef broth soup always served with a big dense ball of rice noodles and a side of fresh basil, bean sprouts, sliced chilies, and lime wedges. This was none of that. The broth had a strong beef flavor but was completely lacking in any other taste. No detectable spices whatsoever. There was very small quantity of noodles - the wrong kind of noodles at that. I had to pay for an extra order of noodles just to get enough for it to fill up the soup. And finally, a complete lack of condiments. The worst part was, the waitress had no idea what I was talking about. After explaining to her that I wanted the sides she came back with a small lime wedge and some bean sprouts but did not have the basil. wtf? Maybe this place has gotten great reviews because there aren't any authentic Vietnamese restaurants in Munich so nobody knows any better. But I do. At least the service was good. The waitress was attentive and helpful. I will give her credit for that.

It was delicious and a very generous portion. very tasty. I also had the lemonade with ginger and mint and that was also excellent. I really enjoyed this place and the staff was really nice and accomodating.
