I should have known when only 1 girl here knew how to do them. But she didn't even do it right. I asked for 3d fans at my service and she glued like 6-8 clumps together, not even fanned out! This is so damaging to your lashes since they can be too heavy and could possibly bald your lashes through continuous sessions. I also found that she was glueing some of these clumps to 2 natural lashes instead of 1. A BIG NO NO. Throughout my service, the technician either did not stick on my gel pad correctly or using too much glue because my eyes kept tearing and she had to keep fanning me. They might do okay for regular sets (as they were pretty busy when I went) but definitely do not come here for volume sets. I had to get my lashes redone at another place the same week because of the clumps.

The staff welcomed me in and introduced me to the technician. I got the green tea spa pedicure and it was well worth it. My skin felt very soft. The gel manicure came out beautifully. The technician really took his time and paid attention to my pedicure and manicure. Pacfe Nails & Spa is different from other salons because they offer drinks and their wonderful service. I thought it might have been contact dermatitis although I never experienced it so I ended up having to go to urgent care and was diagnosed with paronychia and had to go on antibiotics. I went back and forth with the manager who kept saying it was an allergic reaction because they don't want to take accountability. It seems they are uneducated in the importance of the preparation of nails. I requested a refund and was told the best they can do is give me a gift card. Thanks to them, I now have a fear of getting my toes done at salons.

I couldn't believe how much these lashes brightened my face, but weren't overdone. I saw her again for the wedding and, again, in love. Leo is easy to talk to and she knows what she's doing. Lastly, when I woke up the day before my wedding with a couple of stray lashes, the front desk got me in quickly to fix. I found out my friend Alyssa just got a job here and I try my best to support my friends so I made an appointment with her. She was unfortunately running late so I almost went with a different hairdresser but Alyssa walked into her station right before the other hairdresser was going to cut my hair and she gave me right over to Alyssa. I appreciate that this other hairdresser wasn't trying to client steal. I don't know her name but the integrity is appreciated. Alyssa is my new soul hairdresser. She's younger than I am but we still got along, we gelled over some common traits including crazy colored hair and tattoos and trainwreck behavior. I love what she did with my hair. She did a bob and it's not too short, not too long, it's slammin'. I've been box coloring my own hair but I think I'm going to come back here for color if I can budget for it and not spend money on something else. My son came with me for this appointment and he was amazing during the appointment. I'll try my best to come without him but I appreciate that he was allowed in the shop with me because sometimes you have to take your kid. I loved this place and I love Alyssa!!!!

We agree on my cut, conditioner and color. My next introduction was to a very nice Technician Deana to wash my hair. A treatment was applied and I sat under the dryer. Miss Marcy came over after the bell rang and brought me to her styling chair. My cut & color was exactly the way ℹ visioned. I'am very happy my family and friends refer me to Miss Marcy !! 5 STARS
