I told him I hadn't received an estimate or approved the work. I offered him $35, which I thought was reasonable under the circumstances. He said he would take no less than $40 or he would throw the piece into the scrap pile. Without elaborating, his tone and sentiment were far from service-oriented. I had the exact repair done a bit ago for $20, but went to this shop for its convenient location. We were looking for a company to install epoxy floors, wall slats, cabinets, & motorized lifts in…read moreour garage. There were two companies that did this type of work in our area, so I called each to schedule an estimate. Lee Haro came within a few day, whereas the other company couldn't schedule us until several months out, just for the estimate. With hurricane season coming in about 3 months, we wanted to get the ball rolling on this project so we'd be able to park both of our vehicles inside our garage. Lee is very knowledgeable about the business & very easy to work with. The cabinets had to be ordered, as well as the motorized lifts. We are extremely pleased with Modern Garage & the work done by Lee & his worker. They are very polite & professional, cleaning up after themselves every day they were here working. The cabinets are beautiful & sturdy. I highly recommend Modern Garage.

I emailed on a Sunday night and had a call Monday mooring and a visit Monday afternoon. I was so expressed with the owner of the company, Lee Hapo that I signed a contract that day. He had all the samples and explained the whole process. His company even furnishes a 6 x 12 ft. enclosed trailer to store all the items in the garage at no charge while the work is being done. It took two days to complete. The process sands down to bare concrete, fills all the cracks and blemishes. I can't begin to tell you how pleased we are. My two car garage looks great! I recommend this company very highly, great selection of colors, great service, great price, and great work! Their web site is www.moderngaragefl.com Gerald Harris

Since he hasn't shown up to date, I sent him several texts and e-mail, but completely ignoring our request. My husband even mentioned that since he has been very busy, he could provide us with sample of the paints so we could do the touch up ourselves. We haven't heard back from him. He demanded final payment when the job was finished. However, one could not really inspect the final product due to the two hour drying period. In addition, his company broke the hose connection which cost me around $50 to repair. I understand he has a huge project in a new development still I expected at least a phone call.

We bought a house in florida and needed a handyman. We called Larry and he was great. Im so happy…read morethat we found someone who is reliable and able to do a spectrum of tasks. He cut and put in molding and it was beautifully done. The previous owner painted our bathroom tile. Not knowing we changed the sliding glass door and you could see the old paint and it looked terrible. We are going to redo the bathroom but in the meantime something had to be done. I wasn't confident that anything that could be done would look good. (Matching paint on tile is hard to make look good) He did an absolutely great job. He did painting, assembling and carpentry for us and did it all well. We are going to call on him again and I wouldnt hesitate to call him. My wife and i felt totally confortable with him in and around the house. I didnt feel like i needed to watch how he was fixing things His service was reasonable and the work was good and solid jobs.
