We chose Casual Homes because Tim & Sherry were open, honest, and easy to work with, plus they came with very strong reviews. Time warned us that it would be a 6-week project, and it took a few more days due to waiting on counter tops to be installed and a couple of other issues. They were on site almost every day to make sure we were happy. The crew doing the work -- Shawn, Casey, Ryan, and a few others at various times -- were fantastic and fun to work with. They use subcontractors for the floor (which looks amazing!) and electric (that didn't go so well). Everything turned out even better than we envisioned. I had a rough idea of what I wanted but I don't really have a good decorating sense. This team was SO helpful! Tim and Sherry gave me suggestions and sketched out a floor plan to meet my budget. Joe and Jim got started on the demolition. With Jim working on the demo, Joe took me shopping. He was patient and helpful, taking me to several places until I found the right tile and flooring. AND THEN, the pandemic hit! But I was not abandoned. Joe and Jim continued working every single day and slowly my bathroom took shape! Their work ethic is amazing. They both even worked on the weekends to keep things moving "in case" the pandemic shut them down. They laid down protective covering on the floor from out in the driveway, all the way through the house to the master bathroom. They used plastic sheeting to protect all our furniture from the demo dust. At the end of every day, they cleaned up the work area and vacuumed their way out of the house. In spite of some suppliers shutting down because of covid-19, Joe and Jim somehow managed to get everything they needed and finish the job. They paid close attention to detail and explained everything. There were many days that I fretted over this or that, but Joe was always ready to address my concerns and reassure me that I was going to love my bathroom. He was right!! I do love it! Put down flooring but didn't bother to tell me I needed quartet round at the edge where the floor is slightly open under the cabinets. Phone problem excuses. Always late but one time out of several jobs. Lies and dishonesty. New handyman asked if he ceiling was painted. He painted (maybe) up to the wall but left a gap that can be seen.
