He gave us a price and sent pictures of work before sending a request for the money. We got lots of compliments on the house. Being out of state at the time it is not always easy to find somebody trustworthy! Well we got a notice from our HOA saying our driveway was dirty and needed to be cleaned and gave us very short notice to fix the problem. I called and told them what was going on and I didn't want to get fined when we weren't there to clean it. We still hadn't been home since the hurricane as we were snowed in elsewhere. He said he would take care of it, gave me a quote and I got pictures 3-4 days later of before and after and it was night and day! Our neighbors and friends asked for his information as it is very difficult and expensive to find somebody short notice who wants to work and is kind and understanding.
