On the first occasion I was told that they had overbooked the date I was promised and rescheduled me for the next day. Next day came and no show, no message and apparent lie about the condition of my property when I called them, though no inspection had been done. I would steer clear of this company.

Most of all they really take your personal property to heart. Today the lawn maintenance crew took the time to remove the eight small flags I have lining my driveway and took them out to mow and replaced each one when they were finished ( along with the corn hole, baseball nets and stuff around my yard). That was a touching service. Thank you Rick and your amazing team!!

Chappy came out and discussed my project with me, and said he'd send me an estimate. Nothing. Emailed the office asking them to send and still nothing. This was a hot lead, I was ready to hire them but perhaps the job wasn't big enough so they didn't bother. However, the company I ended up going with quoted $30,000, which doesn't seem like a small job to me.

He estimated the work would take 2 1/2 days, and offered a very fair price for a lot of work by any definition. Pedro and his guys worked efficiently, safely, cleanly, and courteously. They powered through the work (some of which was very precarious with large limbs overhanging a neighbor's house.) Was the work equipment loud? Sure. Was the work messy? Yup. But, the team minimized the noise by only firing up the chipper when necessary (I've lived through other tree companies that leave the chipper running throughout the entire day), and raking & blowing the debris throughout the day. They completed the job ahead of schedule. And, the entire property looks spectacular. They did a phenomenal job! Two thumbs up from this very satisfied customer. Give Pedro a call.
