And I'm reviewing it because even though few things can go wrong with a dry cleaner, this is mine and it's good. It does the job. Price wise, like every other dry cleaner in Wan Chai (around 90HKD for four shirts - this seems to be a promotion, but the promotion also seems to be permanent, so it's not a promotion?). Anyway, I picked it because it's two minutes walking from home, but I'd have switch to another one that's three minutes walking had something gone wrong. I don't bring many clothes to the dry cleaner but my boyfriend goes on a weekly basis to get his white shirts cleaned and ironed. They open at 8 in the morning and close at 8 in the evening, a big enough window for us to bring and pick up the clothes, especially in the morning as it's on our way to the tube. The shirts usually come really well ironed and prepared with pegs around the cuffs. It's a little tricky to undo them and they are pretty well fixed but this is better than letting them loose. And what's most important: they come clean and well ironed. As they are usually white, it would have been really noticeable it that hadn't been the case. It's true that I've never brought any tricky-stained piece of clothing, but so far so good. Ah, you can pay with your Oyster there too! Even more convenient.

This minuscule laundromat has 3 washers and 3 dryers that can handle a large amount of laundry. Prices per load are affordable. Need $5 or $10 coins? There is a change machine that'll help you out. Other things I like about this place: - Open 24 hours - Laundry baskets and small step stool provided for convenience (the dryers can be a bit high for short folks) - They can provide you a receipt via email if you need to claim for business purposes - They are open to feedback. You can leave your comments on their tiny notebook! - Place is clean, machines are easy to operate, and most importantly they all work. Hopefully my washing machine gets fixed soon, but should I need to do a heavy duty load in the future, this will be my spot!

After settling into our new place, we found that the refrigerator has a dent on the outside and a crack inside. When my mom contacted them, they were nice enough to give us a small refund for the damage. However, as we continue to unpack, we found that some boxes are missing, and we have come to the conclusion that some items (the wifi modem, displays, clothes, etc.) are just gone, not hiding in another box to be found. My mom didn't mark or count the boxes, which she should have, to make sure we receive everything. Lesson learned.

They weigh the clothes, we paid cash in advance for 10% off, and they told us to come back for same day pick up around 4pm (or you can pick up next day). The clothes came back in a neat package, they are perfectly folded, and no crazy-strong laundry detergent smell (it smells fresh and clean!) We went back a second time because we were so pleased with the quality and service!
