Pros - Very friendly guys that are enjoyable to work with. - Honest service - always explaining the work required and showing worn parts. - Timely - they always give an accurate estimate of the time your service will be complete. Neutral - I miss the weekend appointments they offered previously, but I think it is great they can do this and have people not need to work weekends. Cons - Seems pretty costly - may not be far removed from the cost of a dealership based shop although I expect they are much more honest.

I paid about $800 for the repair. After just under 2 months, the coolant was leaking again so I took the car back thinking that they'll fix it with minimal charge under warranty. NOT!! They wanted more money and said that the damage this time was unrelated and it will cost me another $300+ to fix it. I declined because I lost my trust to these guys. They still charged me almost $60 for just that. Good luck in your decision if you want to use this shop. They want repeat customers...in a negative way for me at least. No repeat here for sure..and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know.

Left the dealership with my vehicle and talked to many people on this issue and the truck had a previous market value of $31,000 ( full leather decked out) but possible new engine for $20,000 might be needed. Called Cetus and got a diagnostic appointment set up. Turns out Head Gasket needed replaced, two piston heads got cleaned and machined up, timing chains re-adjusted, New Fazers needed, all coolants and fluids redone so including parts worth $7,300 and labour of $4,600, all in for $13,000. includes a 1 year - 20,000 klm warranty Truck is absolutely operating like brand new. Cetus Auto Shop took me through everything on the diagnostics and actually came in a $1,000 less than the quote. They kept me up to date on the 6 days they had the vehicle and the experience was the best I have every had when it comes to an auto repair. I am a bit of a car junkie as I have restored 2 vehicles but totally impressed how they delivered the information, their concerns and their solutions! Cetus gets it's on how to treat your clients! looking forward to getting another 4 years out of the truck!

Rather than just grabbing air, I thought I'd stop in at a garage and get air AND a re-torque. I went into the office and their first question for me was, "did we do the rim change?" No.. "then you need to go there to do the work". I had kids in the back seat and a super low tire that needed air.. they sent me on the road like that.. knowingly. Because they hadn't done the rim change..dangerous, petty. Ridiculous. Re-torquing lug nuts has never been a difficult thing for me to get done at a random garage I'm driving by. Air.. that's a safety thing. Shame. I will NEVER recommend this garage. Very petty. Would have take 5 minutes tops.

I live in the deep SE, and Crowfoot Brake & Muffler is obviously in the NW and I still chose them. Full disclosure, I know the owner. However, I made all my arrangements with one of the staff (Bob) who doesn't know me. Polite, knowledgeable, efficient. I ordered a new set of all seasons from Bob for my Mercedes ML350. I arrived at my schedule time, checked in, handed over the keys and was told all would be done and ready with 90 min. I walked to a near by pub for a bite. 80 min later, they called me. Nobody told me about it, and when I confronted them, instead of admitting their mistake, they "fixed" it and charged me for the repair. They argued with me and tried to blame my mom who picked up the truck, they also said it breaks commonly, excuses excuses. BOB is a nasty person who should retire. On top of that they scratched my bumper with a tool and never said anything. They also straight piped my truck and told me there is no way to silence it even with a muffler, then I went back a couple months later and said fix the noise and it cost me another 600$. Very unprofessional and non knowledgeable shop. A mechanic shop straight piping a truck is illegal, and they could be fined lots of $$$$$$ if they decide to retaliate. Bob also threatened to call the registry on my truck for having an "illegal light bar" if I post any reviews, that shows you the type of character at this shop. (my light bar is hooked up to fuses legally and up to code) This is completely dishonest and unprofessional. Customers should not have to pay for damage caused by the shop itself. If you value honesty, integrity, and proper customer service, take your vehicle somewhere else.
