I went out of my way to drop off my application in person and when I called to check in they said they would have to look for it. This was at the end of May. I called almost a week later and was told by Celeste the person in charge of party rentals, that my application was lost. I asked multiple times if the date requested was still available. She went ahead and booked me June 7th. I made my payment that same week. I receive a confirmation email, I also received a reminder two days prior to the event. I went out of my way to buy balloon decor since we would be inside. I had a whole balloon garland, backdrop ordered. I had table covers dessert trays, food and table decor. So you could understand how DISTRAUGHT I felt when I received a call on June 28th around 2:45 pm 1 hour prior to our party to let me know that it was an error and I was double booked. They had over 2 weeks to notify me. I was then told that I would be refunded and that I could be outside at the tables. They didn't even offer me a private pavilion. I had to set up at a table next to the lazy river. My desserts? Melted and ruined. Party decor? Unable to return and all of the money I wasted will not be refunded. I should have seen the red flags from the beginning but I truly just wanted my 5 year old daughter to have a great party. Anyway please think twice or definitely be on top of your reservation because these people are unprofessional and don't care about your money or time. They will literally play with your livelihood and refuse to talk to you after. I was told I'd need to send an email because the managers are too busy. Please do better and be considerate of people and their families. You would be upset if it happened to one of you. Completely unacceptable to say the least.

They have servers that come around to take drink or food orders on occasion. Sometimes you have to flag someone down or go order at the bar because they aren't great about coming around regularly. You can charge things to your room or use your member number if you're a member at TPC. Food is ok here. It takes about 30-40 minutes to get your food after placing an order. Drinks take anywhere from 15-20 minutes to receive after ordering. The basil smash, frozen lemonade and frozen sangria are some of my favs. If you have a food allergy they are able to cater to it. They have gluten free bread available upon request. If you come on a holiday weekend be sure to get your name down on the chair reservation list ASAP or you'll end up waiting hours for a chair to free up. It's a good mix of people here so it's great people watching. Overall a decent pool to hangout at. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. Checking into the pool was quick and efficient. My husband and I were impressed with how many lifeguards were here. They were very vigilant and made sure that everyone followed the safety rules. The place was super kid friendly. They had a separate area for small toddlers. Half of the "main" pool was also kid friendly with an open slide and tube slide for kids. The other half of the pool had 3-4 lanes for lap swimming. Another section by the lanes had a giant, twisting tube slide for older kids. The bathrooms/changing rooms were clean and well kept, too! Clean restrooms are a big thing with me, so I was impressed. I've been swimming here since I was a child and took classes here…read more It's a 50 meter outdoor pool (indoor for the winter) but during the summer the pool is split with large panel that separates the deep end from the shallow end. It's a very clean pool and not expensive to get in or get a pass. During the summer it gets packed on weekends, the shallow end has less lanes because half are no lanes just open for kids to play. Due to this, the shallow lanes can be packed with up 5 swimmers. Overall I still love this pool for the price. Occasionally, the hours are changed for meets or practice for aquatic acrobats/dancers.
