Bailee is a wonderful instructor, and guided us when we need a little extra help in making sure we're using the right muscles!

I hate exercise. I've managed to not do any exercise for 47 years lol. My reason to start is pretty vain. I'm a biker and I wanted a faster bike, which means bigger engine and heavier weight. I've been eyeing this bike for a year, I would go look at it at the dealership every couple of months, bike was too heavy, couldn't pick it up off the stand. Then I'd go home and dream about it. Then went again to admire it, on and on. So I decided to do something about it. I signed up for a free introductory class and Jacquie was my instructor. She was great and I was hooked. I signed up and I've been going 3 to 4 times a week. I love all my instructors! Miss Mary, Lisa, Bailee, Liz, Alicia, everyone is great! Very kind and inclusive. But the best part is, 2 weeks after I started, I went to look at my dream bike again. Not expecting anything, I hop on and I was able to pick it up!! I bought it that day and I've been enjoying it! I feel like everything is possible now. Maybe someday I'll get a litter bike haha. I'm still going as often as I can and I love every class. Thank you for all your help and expertise!! read more

Club Pilates Dana Point - My 415 lbs bike that I was able to manage after 2 weeks of Pilates - Pilates Near Me - Dana Point, California

Horrible management at this location! IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP!! I signed the electronic paperwork to cancel my membership in August but then was charged twice $289 for the next 2 months. I sent emails and called and was told by the general manager John that he would look into it. After two weeks passed he emails me saying he has cancelled my membership but he will not refund any charges. It is clear on my account that I had not been to a class since mid August and I should not have to pay for the administrative mistake of losing my cancellation forms. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MEMBERSHIP! It will be an extreme hassle to cancel!! read more

Cancelled my membership by completing form they provided. Sadly they not only didn't cancel as instructed and continued to bill my credit card, theythen told me to dispute it with my credit card company, this went on for months. I'm at the point of suing them, really bad business! read more

I contacted them through a Facebook ad. I checked their schedule and all the good time slots were booked. But, the most annoying thing is since I contacted them for info two weeks ago, they won't stop calling, texting and emailing me. I told them to stop and they are still at it. They must have reached out to me at least ten times. I told them to stop texting and I got yet another solicitation call for membership today. I'm sure that their classes are great, if you can get into one, but the membership push is way too much. read more

All the instructors are well trained and clear with their instructions. Favorites are Colleen and Gaylyn. Highly recommended Club Pilates ‍‍‍ read more

The front desk person lied to get my business at an intro class. They sell recurring memberships but no hope of actually getting into most classes. I asked about canceling if I could not get into classes and she said it wouldn't be an issue. They don't show you the contract and have you sign a digital screen turned away from you. I called to cancel the day after purchase (within the time allowed under the user agreement) because I could not get into a single class at a reasonable time and the woman talked me into pausing my membership instead. When I finally went to cancel the membership, they said you can't cancel while on pause and I'd have to pay $100 to get out of the contract. There are much better spots where you can actually get into classes without being waitlisted. Skip Club Pilates. read more

I love club Pilates and usually visit different locations. At this location specifically I witnessed something that just didn't sit right with me. One of the instructors Laura was short, rude and just straight up unkind to a middle aged woman. She singled her out again and again, while this poor woman was trying her very best. It seemed like she had Pilates experience but signed up for the wrong level class. How that happened I don't know and that should be something the franchise is on top of to avoid this unpleasant experience in the first place. Laura continued to single this woman out, giving mean girl vibes to the point where the woman got up and left. It was just sad to see and felt very cliquey. I don't support this type of treatment on anybody. As a franchise you should uphold a higher standard. I'm disappointed and will not be back at this location. Sad to see when a teacher is not supportive and uplifting of her students. read more

Lousy establishment. It's a blood sport to get a slot. Instructors do not give you any guidance. Lame.

I have taken 150 classes with Club Pilates and really like their approach and availability to excellent Pilates instruction. My wife has taken 250 classes. read more

I adore Club Pilates Dana Point! Pilates has helped my back so much and has truly saved my life! The manager Jordan has been so kind and helpful and always goes the extra mile to help me with anything I might need! I can't even count how many people I've referred there in the last two years because I love it so much! Such a lifesaver! read more

The instructors are fantastic and they have all the equipment to make the classes varied and interesting. Each different instructor brings something special to the classes, enthusiasm, caring, experience, warmth and a sense of humor . The cons are 1), the studio is a smaller space than most other Pilates studios, so you are closer to other students than you might find comfortable 2). The classes are very booked up and it's sometimes hard to get into the class/ time that you might want . You can get on the waiting list and hope you get in if enough people cancel. 3). You are billed each month, and until you pay on a certain date, you cannot book classes, so it's just a little more difficult to get your classes scheduled. read more

As all Club Pilates are, this studio is great!! All instructors are knowledgeable and really give you attention throughout the class. If you enjoy reformer Pilates or have been wanting to try it, definitely head to CP San Juan. Micki and Sarah are both amazing!!! read more

The Club Pilates studio in Dana Point is not customer friendly. I strained an abdominal muscle during Pilates and was told by my doctor to take a break for a month. Since I'd already paid my membership for the month, I didn't want to lose out on those classes (or money$$) and so I called and left a phone message (they never answer their phone) to ask for my membership to be put on hold. I ended up leaving 4 phone messages before getting a call back 8 days later and was told they'd send me something by email so I could hold my account. Again, I waited over a week and left another 2 phone messages. Finally received an email with a document to fill out to cancel my membership. I promptly filled it out and sent it back within 10 minutes of receiving it. That was a week ago and I haven't heard back from anyone and according to my Pilates app, my membership is still active and will charge my credit card again in two days. I am beyond frustrated with their horrible customer service support. read more

Thank goodness for Pilates! It's kept me strong and flexible. I don't think I could have skied with my kids at age 72 if it weren't for the core strengthening and balance that I achieved by going to classes. The instructors give a lot of instruction. The workouts are safe and effective. read more

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. This company has a hard rule about not being more than 5 minutes late. My mother, who is 70 years of age, attends and is always on time. Today, she looked at a clock that happened to be off a couple minutes (didn't realize) and came into the class thinking she was just 3 minutes late. The instructor publicly humiliated my mom in front of the entire class, telling her she is 7 min late, she embarrassed her saying "I don't care if you are in a wreck, you can't come if you're 5 min late." Unprofessional and very rude. My mom was saying sorry she had no idea, she thought she was within the 5 min rule, but the instructor continued to lecture her in front of the class. As my mom was walking to her car following the class, the manager calls. As if that whole experience wasn't enough for her, the manager called to lecture her as well, was very disrespectful and heated about her coming outside the 5 min time THEN the manager accuses my mom of being disrespectful to her instructors. Like What?! My mom was so confused because she was the one that was completely embraced in front of the class and apologized so many times. The manager hung up on my mom. My mom tried calling back and there wasn't a call back. There is no grace at all here. They are very rude and very demeaning towards their customers. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

I absolutely love club pilates! Everyone is so nice! The exercises are the right amount where you can push yourself but they also give you options to modify if it's too much for you. I have asthma so sometimes it's hard to work out and this is the perfect way for me to work out every muscle without triggering my asthma. read more

By far the best studio in Orange County. Lucky for us they have 3 beautiful locations, San Juan, mission viejo and Laguna niguel. All three are amazing and have quality instructors that you can feel comfortable knowing they are well trained and pay close attention to detail. Mission Viejo and Laguna Niguel have TRX classes throughout the week . I initially found club Pilates on Groupon when I was Groupon hopping since I just moved to OC. After taking my first class with Liz and then Keeley , I was hooked and signed up for a monthly membership and haven't looked back! I've tried every workout on the planet and none have been as effective for me and my body type! I typically frequent Danielle's classes in Laguna Niguel. She is creative and challenging and keeps the class fun and is on the schedule all week at all 3 locations. I've taken with every instructor and they are all amazing in their own way. Soooo many great options with instructors , times and affordable prices! I wish I could give club Pilates 10 stars. If you are looking for a fun, safe, effective and consistent workout, here it is! read more

I bought a Groupon to try out this new facility and within 2 weeks have almost used up my 8 visits! This is how much I am enjoying this studio. I am new to pilates on the reformer, and have to say I was a little intimidated by all the new equipment/terminology. My first class with Dorian quickly made me feel welcome and comfortable, and his teaching style and sense of humor made it a relaxed/fun (yet challenging) class! I;ve since taken several classes with Liz who is also excellent, and offers personalized correction/modifications for every person, every exercize. I would highly recommend trying out this studio now, often classes are half full or less on the off times so you can get near-personal training sessions. Also- the AC has been a huge relief during the heat these last few weeks! Such a nice break from hot yoga :) read more

I Love! Love! Love! this new studio! I originally purchased a Groupon for 8 classes for $49 and wasn't sure what to expect, being new to Pilates and this being a new studio. Well, I am pleased to say that this place is awesome. The studio is cozy, only 10 reformers, so even if a class is fully booked, I still feel like I'm getting individual attention, which I think is important. The owners, Liz and Keely are super welcoming and knowledgable. The studio is always clean and fresh. They have a monthly newsletter with a special; lucky for me, I don't think I've paid full price for a class yet! Score! I'm averaging 3 to 4 classes a week and can definitely see a change in my body. I highly recommend this Club Pilates studio! read more

I've never been to a more organized, professional and personalized group exercise class in my life. Went for my first Pilates class ever last week and I now I'm hooked. The studio is very clean and Liz and Keely (the only instructors I've had so far) are so helpful and it is a great workout. read more

Don't book with Classpass. I booked through Classpass two days in advance when there were open spots for the class (checked online). 40 minutes before class, they cancel my reservation saying that the class is already full. Definitely was not full when I made the reservation... 2 stars because I've taken a class there before and it was good. However, there are enough studios in the areas that have friendlier policies. read more

I originally purchased a groupon. By the 8th session I was hooked! For the first time in 19 years I am free from sciatica pain! I have lost inches and firmed up in just 6 weeks! I'm hooked! Thank you to all you fabulous instructors! You have a life time member here. read more

I trained with Keely and Liz for years seeing them several times a week. I have easily had over 400 sessions with these two ladies and I have never experienced less than remarkable focus, energy and the kind of professionalism that will make you hope you never have to train anywhere else. Their knowledge, positivity, compassion, and energy would help anyone at any level of fitness accept where they are and move to the next level. On a personal note, they helped me lose twenty pounds, strengthen and tone my whole body and I even learned to improve my posture. I'm actually a half inch taller than I thought I was. You can't ask for much more from a Pilates studio. I would still be training with them if I hadn't moved away, and like I said, I wish I never had to train anywhere else. These two ladies can't be matched. They changed my life from the inside out and they will do the same for you and leave a smile on your face. Don't miss out on a rad studio. read more
