So we asked our waitress (Penny was lovely, and running her butt off alone) to let the cook know that we just couldn't eat it as it was ridiculously spicy. So she went to talk to him and he came out of the kitchen and started yelling at us in front of everyone! "That's how it's made in China, you don't come in and order and send back!" We were stunned and embarrassed. He went back to the kitchen and kept yelling at the staff! So unprofessional! Apparently "Tony" and his wife and daughter are new owners but he is completely out of touch with what "customer service is". We felt so bad for the waitress!
